one - give 2 to 4 hours for your stomach to digest before you eat so you wouldn't get bloated the next morning
two - drink a lot of water. detox tea in the morning, water in the afternoon, protein shake or de-caf coffee in the evening
three - stop eating when you're getting full and eat slowly so you know when you're full
four - do not not eat. if you don't, your body will get used to starving and when you start eating again, it'll be turned into fats
five - drink more milk. it helps to keep you full for a longer time
