A/N: So much time has passed between the introduction moment to right now. Instead of covering every single scene, I've decided to jump around. Comment if you would like to see a certain scene play out! Also, just as a note... this is all done for fun!

Kanwar, we thought we'd update you on the situation. As you might have heard already, Kaveri walked out of the project after getting another offer. Even though it was quick, we finalized a new lead for you. Her name is Alice Kaushik, and if everything goes well, I can organize time off of shooting for you so you can meet her personally.

Kanwar slowly brushed his fingers through his hair as he stared at his phone screen. Even though he knew he would meet her tomorrow, curiosity was gnawing at him. He did so much homework on his previous co-star. Looking up her past works, stalking her Instagram preferences to figure out what she liked/disliked, even reaching out to her as a cordial greeting. He did that with all his co-stars, just to put them at ease.

But Alice Kaushik was a special case.

He didn't have the time to figure her out, and that, perhaps stressed him a whole lot more than the demands of his character.

He turned around, laying down on his stomach as he quickly typed out her name. The only factoid he knew about her was that she played a role in the show Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum and that she played a gray character...

As he scrolled through her pictures, he couldn't help but sense a feel of dread... she was simple... a little too simple. With her colorful pictures and artistic poetry. She reminded him of the book smart girls he met in school... the exact type of girls he avoided because he didn't want to seem to stupid or 'unworldly.'

He closed out of her profile and tossed his phone to the side. With a slow sigh, he shook his head. I might have been able to avoid those girls in school... he glanced to his phone as he remembered her soft smile as she glanced down at the diya in her hands... but I can't really escape now... can I?

He'd been in the industry long enough to know that chemistry triumphed everything. People were willing to watch as long as they liked what they were seeing on the screen... even if the storyline fell completely south... It's why he always tried his best to be friendly and easy-going with his co-stars.

He stood up with a frown... What should I say to her tomorrow? Should I start with my usual jokes and tamasha? Or should I just be cordial and nice. He glanced down at his phone and remembered all her poems. Swallowing, he shook his head... Cordial and nice may be the way to go. Wouldn't want to scare her.

He groaned as he ran his fingers through his hair... cordial... he dreaded thinking how their first meeting would go. This is going to be a disaster in the making...
