Class was over and I was dreading it. One, I would have to face the stares people would give me. Two, Ritisha and Hosoek. And three.... The process.
I was sitting on the sofa watching T.V. Yeonjun's head was on my shoulder as he had fallen asleep. All of a sudden, the lights started flickering.
"Yeonjun, wake up. Yeonjun. Yeonjun!" I whispered in his ears while lightly shaking him.
I rolled my eyes when he fell on the sofa with his mouth open.
"Some powerful demon he is" I huffed.
I quickly got up and started my way towards the fuse box. When I was halfway there, the lights went out. I stomped my feet and started feeling my way to the bedroom. Opening the drawer, I tried to find my torch.
"Aha! Found you!". As I went to turn it on, I heard a voice yelling.
"Ashley? Ashley! Where are you?!" Yeonjun yelled.
"Now he wakes up" I said rolling my eyes.
"Yeonjun! Shut up! I'm coming you doofus!" I yelled back.
I turned the torch on and went towards the living room. When I reached there, Yeonjun wasn't there. I couldn't find him. So, I gave up searching and headed to the fuse box. The minute I stepped outside I wrapped my hands around myself rubbing up and down.
"How'd it get so cold? It was fine a few minutes ago" I whispered to myself.
Through the corner of my eyes, I saw a flashing light. I turned around and looked for the light, only to find it coming from the window of my music room. I ran to the music room and slammed the door open.
All of a sudden, my ears started ringing and my body felt numb. I leaned against the door and looked around. A white crystal was in the middle of the room and it was shining brightly. The room was freezing and there was fog everywhere.
Before I could fall someone pinned me to the wall. Having no energy, I didn't fight back. That is until I felt something lick my ear. I struggled in the stranger's grip, but they didn't move an inch. I looked up but could only see his eyes. They looked familiar.
"Let me go" I said in a weak voice. The stranger chuckled.
"Why would I? Just let me have a little taste" he said.
When he spoke, I was a hundred percent sure that I knew this person.
"No, please. Let me go!" I said trying to push him.
He only leaned further and pinned my hands above my head. He planted sloppy kisses on my neck, while I cried and struggled. He tried kissing me but I kept moving my head to avoid his lips. When he had enough, he bit down on my neck making me cry out. Seizing the opportunity, he forced his tongue into my mouth. I cried, pleading him to stop but he wouldn't listen.
As he went to take off my shirt someone pulled him off me and threw him on the ground.
"What the f-Yeonjun?!" he scream.
"Dodaeche museun jis-eul haneun geos gat-a?! Geunyeoneun nae kkeoya!" Yeonjun yelled back.
(What the hell do you think your doing?! She's mine!)
I slid down the wall tears streaming down my face. I couldn't stop them. Yeonjun was punching the guy continuously making him bleed. I got up and hugged him to stop him from killing the guy.
"Yeonjun? Stop. Please" I sobbed. He looked at me with a soft expression and looked back at the guy.
"Tteonada. Geunyeo jubyeon-e neol bomyeon jujeohaji anhgo neol jug-igess-eo" he growled.
(Leave. If I see you around her, I won't hesitate to kill you)
The man nodded his head furiously before grabbing the crystal. The crystal shrank in his hand and he wore it around his neck. He held the crystal and the fog wrapped around him. And just like that he was gone.
I whimpered and backed away from Yeonjun. A stranger had touched me without my permission. I couldn't even protect myself. I felt disgusting. I curled up into a ball and sobbed.
"Hey, hey. Don't. It's not your fault. You couldn't have known" Yeonjun whispered while slowly walking towards me.
"He touched me" I whispered.
Yeonjun didn't say anything. He could see I was traumatized. He knelt down beside me and looked at me with worry filled eyes. I looked at him for a second before crushing my body against his, wrapping my arms around his neck, causing him to squeak in surprise. He sat down on the floor with me on his lap, crying on his shoulder.
"Ashley-ah, please calm down" Yeonjun requested while making circles on my back.
"I can't" I sniffled.
"It's okay. Let it all out" he whispered in my ear.
(Yeonjun POV)
I had always felt pleasure when people got hurt. Their tears were the very proof that they were hurt. But when I looked at Ashley, all I wanted to do was hold her and comfort her until she was better. I hated seeing her cry. But I was to kill her. What was this weird feeling?
"I'm sorry about what you had to go through" I said as I held her close.
And then there was a comforting silence. Her sobs slowly eased. She rested her head on my chest hearing my heart beat.
I carried her out of the room and headed to her bathroom. Placing her on the sink I pulled away from her and wiped her tears.
"I look ugly" she said. I laughed, running my hands through her hair.
"Nope. You look beautiful" I replied, placing a kiss on her forehead.
"I'll run the water for you to take a bath" I whispered, smiling weakly. She mirrored the same weak smile before I turned to get the water ready.
Hi! Sorry I haven't updated in a while. I felt like I wasn't writing good stuff so I needed a break. I'll try and post the next chapter as soon as possible. Byee!
