News of rapid development in the remote area  has quickly reached to every outstanding family in the town.

Who was this new owner? He seems to be quick and decisive. He was able to beautify that land immediately after he arrived. It has been only one and a half month.

He donated couple million dollars for the road construction and redevelopment- widening. He was able to beautify the land and the beautification process is proceeding without hitch. On top of two pillars that holds the black metal gothic gate are two sphinx sculpture which obviously inspired by the Sphinx at Giza, Egypt dating the reign of Pharaoh Khafre. The wall that bounds the inside and out alone are already truly magnificent. People expect no less.
