I stumbled to the backyard. Mostly everyone was there. I bumped into a ton of people, causing them to push me back. i almost got into a fight with this spanish girl. Said her name was Valeria, but i quickly forgot. I headed over to my friends. I could see Mia, getting even more drunk by the second. I spotted Julie, flirting with some guy. A bunch of guys were hovering over the food and then i saw Jorge taking a hand full of tacos. He hid it inside his shirt and smirked at Valentina. Awww, Mexican love. When I turned around, i saw the guy staring at me. The guy who had called me ugly. I went over to him and he smirked.
"so who told you to call me ugly?"
He frowned."Im not telling"
"oh yeah?"
He nodded. I walked away from him, almost falling down on my face. I looked over to Brian, from the corner of my eye. He was making out with Ashley. I rolled my eyes and decided to leave the party. Mia then took my arm and pulled me back.
"Your so boring, Cant you have some fun? Come on! We're young and wild. We deserve a break from school, and this is the perfect chance" her eyes started closing.
"And your hopelessly drunk" I said.I think shes had enough. I told her, and she shrugged.
"Who cares? Let me fall asleep. Look, I don't wanna go home to-wait! I need to head to the mall. Teddy is probably waiting for me. He has a late night shift." she said worried. "Yesterday he told me he loved me, and now look where i am, at a party without him while hes working his ass off." then she broke down into tears. Teddy was Mia's boyfriend. His real name was Tyler and they were completely in love. I had never really known the definition of love, and to be honest, i had never believed in love, but whenever i saw her and Tyler together, I had hope. Then someone was running to us. Or should I say, trying to run, but we both knew she wasn't the active type. The only exercise she ever did, was take pictures. Karim. "heyyyyy" she said happily. "This party is....out of control" then she looked at Mia and frowned. She asked why she was crying and i explained it to her. She sighed and started laughing. I laughed too. Mia looked at us with disbelief and started laughing. "You guys are real jerks you know" she said. Karim and I decided that Mia had done enough drinking for today, so we each took her arm, and guided her home.
