When Indu met Rohan

I sent the song to the music director and the producer.

They were happy with it. Not as excited as Indu though.

I was at the hotel by 8:30 and the hustle started.

Like she said, I tried to find motivation to push myself, since I am helping out people during tough times.

It was better than yesterday I would say.

We managed to close everything by 6 today, since we went for an easier menu.

JWM was also one of the most sought after staycations so the inhouse dine in was also pretty busy today.

I couldn't leave until 9.

When I got back home I spotted Indu downstairs in the lawn.

She was sitting on the swing, talking to someone over the phone.

I waved at her. She looked at me and waved back with a smile.

I didn't even get time to change from my work clothes and I was sure I'd be stinking, but I still walked upto her.

"Mumma I will call you back" she said and disconnected the call.

"Hello there," she said.

"Hey"

"Seems like a busy day for you, seeing how you didn't even change your work clothes" she commented, swinging slowly.

"Yeah. But it was better than yesterday" I said.

"Good for you"

"You seem to be in a good mood" I said.

"Yeah. It's saturday" she said, shrugging.

"Alright, I need to get out of these clothes, see you later" I said and was about to leave when she stopped me.

"Our destination is the same. I came down for a stroll. I ate too much" she said grinning.

"What did you eat?"

"I ordered pasta and garlic bread. It was for two people but I managed to finish it all by myself" she said sheepishly.

"It's good that you enjoyed it, that's okay to indulge in sometimes" I said.

She kept scrolling through her phone while we were in the elevator.

"So it is going to be a sleep in sunday for you?" I asked.

I suddenly felt I crossed the line.

"Nope. I have an appointment with the dentist"

"Ohkay. On a sunday?" I asked.

"He comes in for a few hours on sunday. I am going to get these braces removed today. Big day!"

"Excited?" I asked.

"Not a bit. I am super scared"

"You're going to get rid of them, you need to be happy" I said.

"I am. But it's going to be painful. Another reason I gobbled on that pasta was my teeth will ache for a day so I am not sure if I will be able to eat anything tomorrow"

"That's bad. You have someone going with you?" I asked her.

"Nope. Just me" she said.

"Uhmm..Do you want me to go with you?" I asked, doubtfully.

"Oh that's alright. I am used to it" she said.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah. One hundred percent"
