Chapter 1 : Time to become Genin

'Naruto! Anko! Wake up! You' re going to be late to your examen if you don't get up now! ' mom yelled at us from the bottom of the stairs

I opened my eyes looking at the clock on my wall that was indicating that the time is  6:00. I got up from the bed and stretched a bit before putting on my clothes and brushing my hair. I went to the bathroom, brushed my teeth and washed my face, drying it with a towel. When I opened the door, my twin brother was in the door, dark circles proeminent under his almost closed eyes, hair messed in every direction and drool in the corner of his mouth.

'You look awfully good today' I tell him looking him up and down

'Shut up! It's too early for this...' he yawns and walks past me into the bathroom and slams the door

I chuckle and make my way downstairs, entering the kitchen and taking my seat next to dad as one by one all of my siblings were joining us at the table. Naruto, still a bit sleepy, sat next to me while Ayame and Hiroki sat facing us. The youngest of us, Amaya, came crawling towards dad, getting his attention to pick her up and laughing as he fulfilled her want. Mom put the food on the table, all of us picking up chopsticks and saying together : 'Thank you for the food! '.

'So, kids, are you ready for today? Are you excited? Or maybe worried?' mom asked us excitedly 'You can stay home if you don't feel ready yet' her eyes started watering.

'Kushina, honey, you know they have to go and take their exam' dad chuckled and fed Amaya some onigiri

'It was just an idea' she wiped her eyes and took a bite of her food

'I am actually excited!' I smile towards them ' I've been waiting for this moment ever since I started the academy!'

'I am worried about the fact that it's the clone jutsu we have to perform' Naruto adds frustrated

'Don't worry, son, everything is going to be alright. You are our children after all.' he winked at Naruto and then focused his attention back on Amaya, cooing at her.

We finished eating and got on our way to the academy, hurrying past the  buildings and past the market, finally arriving in the front of the academy where our classmates were already there, waiting to be called in. We went in line, joining the members of our class, Naruto ending up next to Sasuke Uchiha, the two glaring at each other, but still nodding as our families are friends and they wouldn't want to make them mad somehow and I went next to Shikamaru Nara, my lazy and very easy to bother or annoy best friend. He may be smart, but his laziness goes past that intelligence.

'Hey there, troublesome woman!' he waves at me before yawning

'Hey! Are you excited for today?' I asked smiling, while trying not to jump in excitement.

'I was excited to sleep... This is just a drag...' he rolled his eyes and looked around murmuring something along the lines of <<can't wait to go home>> and <<this is such a drag >>.

I continued talking to Shikamaru, Choji Akimichi joining us, making even more conversation, until I heard my name coming from the exam room.

'Well, wish me good luck you two...' I said gulping, while making my way to the door

'You're going to do great, Anko-chan!' Choji smiled at me before eating a chip

I smiled in return and entered the classroom, standing now face to face with Iruka-sensei and Mizuki-sensei. This is it, the moment I've been waiting for!

'Good morning!' I bowed to them and then prepared myself

'Good morning, Anko! Please proceed with the Clone Jutsu' came the response from Iruka-sensei
