The house was filled with people, mostly adults who were drinking and talking.
"I will be right back, let me go and get us a drink". Tomi said
"And I will just go and use the toilet, so just wait here for me". Toni said
"Okay" I replied
"Hi" someone tapped me from the back. Would this day get any worse
"What can I do for you". I replied, wait I recognize this face
"It's you from the store, the liar".
"Yes, and I don't appreciate the fact that you are calling me liar".
"But you are, wait what are you doing here, are you stalking me". I yelled

"It's kinda funny to be called a stalker in your own abode".
"Wait, Mr Adebayo is your dad". I said feeling embarrassed, I just lashed out on my dad's fifty fifty partner's son.
"Yeah,so who invited you". He said, trying to hold back his laughter.
"Well....I...". I wanted to reply but my dad cut me off
"Everyone gather around... gather around". My dad said
"Well that's my dad". I said pointing to my dad who was at the front as he kept on boring people with his speech.
"So you are his daughter how come we have never met before". He asked, surprised.
"We just met this morning". I stated
"You know what I mean now". He said
"I've been looking for you everywhere only to find you with another cute guy". Tomi said while coming to where I was
"Ewa". The liar shouted with amusement .
"Long time no see". He said
"Gab, how have you been doing". She asked, as they hugged each other.
"Do you two know each other". I asked cause they were totally ignoring me as they were chatting.
"Yeah, he is Mr Adebayo's son".

"He is the guy from this morning". I whispered to her
"You are the cute guy from this morning, I didn't realize it was you, Gab".

"Where is Toni". She asked
"She went to use the restroom,but she hasn't come back for a long time now".
"Ok, you guys should continue your chit chat, I will be back soon".
I gave her the "Please don't leave me here with him" look.. She just smiled and left us
