LEONARD and I get a call out to gun a shot victim. We waited until it was safe to get the gun shot victim. We got the gentleman in the ambulance. Leonard was new to Italy so I would do the driving this week. We arrive at the hospital of St. Michael's and pushed our patient in the ER. Doc was busy so another doctor took our patient. We transferred him to the hospital bed and completed the paperwork and left. I get a text. Sorry I was busy and loved the rose. Leonard was driving back so he could get use to the area. I text her back. Glad you love it and miss you too. Talk to you later doc. Another call. I direct Leonard to the location. We get out at a school.

The cafeteria lady had a heart attack. We got her to the hospital quickly. Leonard and I rush her in the ER. Doc looked at me. Heart attack 39 year old. She flat lined once already. One two three transfer. We did our paper work and left. At least this time I saw doc. Leonard drives us back to the firestation. We both get a break for a few hours. Leonard made a kicking chili beans and corn bread for lunch. I got to get to know my new partner more during lunch and our rides up to a scene and back. We were busy after lunch. 15 calls and three after midnight. I saw my texts from doc but couldn't respond until the next day. I apologize when I called her. Jane it's okay. Its the jobs we have. I switched my schedule to work four days three off. My days will be longer but it's worth it. You have changed my world. I feel the same. Sunday let's just stay in please just us two after I help Joey and Izzy move in their place. Okay.
