Taking Trails

Chapter 1

(RECAP)

"Why haven't I fainted yet" I asked myself.

"Adrenaline" The stranger replied as we neared the station.

"I didn't want an answer" I growled.

"Why ask then" He smugly replied.

"Why are we arguing while this thing is behind us! And why am I not too shocked" I asked.

"Because you are annoying and somewhere inside you, you know what this is and who it is" He replied.

"What?" I questioned.

"Look when I dump this bike it's still gonna be going OK? I'm going to jump off and drag you with me, I won't let you get hurt I promise but just trust me" He stated.

"No no no no no! What are you even saying, are you crazy!" I exclaimed.

"Nope, I'm just real" He replied as he grabbed me and threw me off the bike, I screamed as he grabbed the bike and threw it at the wolf who's attention was on me. Time seemed to freeze as it did it, everything was in slow motion and I was fully aware, I could see everything perfectly and I was falling slowly.The bike flew and hit the wolf, knocking him flying back and to the ground. All of a sudden the wolf changed into a human, my brother Daniel in particular.

In two seconds flat I was in a pair of strong arms. I looked into my stranger's eyes and everything turned black.

I woke up in a motel room that smelt of dust and looked old.

"What happened" I whispered.

"Well you fainted" The angel stated the obvious.

"No shit" I groaned.

"No way to speak Anna" He chastised.

"How come I don't know your name?" I asked.

"It's Dean" He replied.

"Ok... Dean, what was that back there?" I asked.

"What do you think it was?" He asked.

"Don't speak in riddles..." I sighed.

"I'm serious, explain to me what you saw" Dean replied.

"You know what I saw, you saw it too!" I shouted.

"Calm down!" He growled lowly.

"Why should I!" I stood up and shouted at him "I dont know whats going on and you wont explain!" I screamed literally feeling my blood boil as my rage heightened.

"Stop" He growled and had me pinned on the floor in two seconds, his body hovering over mine. I felt myself calming down.

"Whats happening to me?" I whispered staring into his eyes.

CHAPTER 2

"You're nearly ready for the change" Dean stated softly.

"What change?" I asked.

"Your brother never told you?" He asked shocked.

"Told me what?" I asked getting agrivated.

"Cool down!" He growled.

"Ok i'm calm, just tell me everything" I sighed.

"You're a Lycan" Dean said slowly.

"A what?" I gaped.

''A lycan, shape shifter, werewolf... what ever you want to call yourself'' He shrugged looking bored.
