Aradhika couldn't withhold herself from checking herself with a pregnancy kit. Her eyes longed to see those two lines, which confirm her pregnancy.
Though she was a mother already, she got excited just like her first time. She felt like everything was new.
A lone tear escaped her eyes and slipped down her cheeks, as two lines appeared in the pregnancy kit. She curled up at the corner of the room with her knees close to her chest.
A low whimper escaped her lips, as she cried in joy, clutching the pregnancy kit tightly in her closed fist.
Krish's eyebrows furrowed in sleep, as he heard her muffled voice. He extended his arm and searched for her in sleep, "Aaru."
After feeling the empty bed, he opened his eyes widely in fear. But calm down soon, seeing her small figure at the corner of the room.
"Jaan, what are you doing there?" He ruffled his hair while yawning.
His eyes went to the wall clock, which shows 3 a.m. He looked back at Aradhika, who was looking at him and crying like a baby. He got panic for a second and was confused when she smiled along with tears.
She got up and ran to him, throwing herself on him. His back landed on the bed with his love above him. His hands automatically wrapped around her waist and worried for her well being. Because she wasn't a single person now.
His nose flared in anger when he saw her smiling at him.
"Aar..." His words got cut off when she took his lips in hers and sucked them as if there was no tomorrow.
He was completely clueless at her behaviour, yet he responded to her.
Firstly, it was early in the morning and she was sitting at the corner of the room and crying. The next second, she was smiling and right now kissing.
It took him a minute long to understand that was her mood swings and kissing him was her craving. Though he was angry at the fact that she ran and jump when she was pregnant, he realised that it wasn't her intentional mistake.
He had to take care of her, her mood swings and cravings. Her health wasn't just important for her. It was important for their two babies too.
Being breathless, she parted away from him and kissed his cheeks, cuddling into him.
"I feel like, I will become mad out of happiness, Jaan! I became so crazy after hearing the good news of our second pregnancy. Oh god! I am so excited to carry our little one along with Dhrish. Do you know what? I didn't expect us to get pregnant this soon." Aradhika continued talking out of excitement, as Krish cuddled her with a smile.
Her talks got interrupted when she heard Dhrish's cry. She tried to get up but just then she realised that Krish had fallen asleep with his face buried in her neck above her right chest. His right hand and leg had locked her petite body.
She smiled at him, who was sleeping like a cute baby. She slowly took Dhrish from the cradle near the bed without disturbing Krish's sleep and placed him on her left chest.
Aradhika opened her shirt and fed her baby boy and kissed Krish's curls. Her eyes moved to her tummy, as her lips curled into a wide smile, "You are the best gift from your daddy on our wedding day, Princess. Come soon! Mumma, papa and your partner in crime bhai are all waiting for you."
With this, she closed her eyes. Her fingers caressed Dhrish's hairs subconsciously, as she fell into a deep slumber.

"So, where is my anniversary gift?" Krish asked Aradhika, as she got ready in front of the dressing table.
Morning sun rays were falling on her face, making her already glowing face glow more. That white colour mirror worked saree, just added to her beauty. Angel was a simple word to describe her cuteness.
Krish was absolutely in a playful mood to tease his beloved. He looked at her reflection in the mirror intensely and adored each move.
She looked at his reflection in the mirror while wearing the silver heavy jumka, "I didn't expect that you would take us on the trip. So, I didn't get anything for you, Krish. I am sorry."
"Don't lie! You have something for me." He took baby steps towards her.
"Jaan, I swear, I didn't have anything for you. I just decided to make dinner for you tonight." She sighed and felt guilt for not getting him anything.
She got up and was about to turn to him but before that he hugged her from the back, nuzzling his face against her bareback. Her breath hitched, as her hands automatically got hold of the dressing table.
She closed her eyes, as he planted a soft and wet kiss on her back. Her back arched when he trailed his lips from her back to her nape and left a lovebite there.
"Now understood what do you have for me?" He whispered in her ear, kissing her earlobe.
She blushed and turned to him, pushing him away, "We have to go to Vrindavan and many more places and temples today."
He pulled her to him by the waist and pecked her lips, "Will anyone spend their anniversary day throughout in temple? Let's have some romantic time."
He kissed the edge of her lips, sending a shiver ran down her spine. She pushed him away once again and moved towards the cradle.
"Jaan, not now. Dhrish will sound asleep only at night. He needs us now. Right, champ?" She picked him up from the cradle and poked her nose in his tummy, making him giggle.
Krish smiled and hugged them both from Aradhika's back, "I was just teasing you, Jaan. You had already given the best gift. Now, going to give another best gift. Dhrish and the baby in your tummy are always the best gifts in our life. Above all, I have you. You are my everything in my past, present and future. I love you, sweetheart."
"Love you too, Krish."
