"So you're telling me you got a flight and went back home?" Lexi asks through the phone.
Chloe grabs her suitcase and rolls it away as she walks through the airport. "Um, yes. I was not going to stay there with timmy, Lex. I can't even look at him."
Lexi sighs. "He asked about you today." Chloe then stops walking. She stands there with her eyes wide open and a smile trying to make its way on her face.
"He did?"
"Yup."
"Well what did he say?"
"He asked where you were and I said I didn't know. She just left the hotel but I'm not sure where she went. He said that he wanted to talk to you but, you know, he couldn't cause your not here."
"Oh my gosh. I fucking hate myself." Chloe said through the phone as she face palmed herself. "I'm such an idiot!"
"Dude, I know." Chloe rolled her eyes at Lexi.
Chloe then asks, "Anything else?"
"He told me when he gets home, he'll talk to you about all this. He told me that social media is just taking it out of hand and he wanted to make it up to you. He told me to tell you to not believe everything you see."
Chloe nods and let's out a deep breath. "Okay. That makes me feel a little better."
"Okay good. Chloe, this is all so frustrating because I see new shit everyday on social media about this," Lexi explained.
"Some people are even using old pictures of Timothee and his exes and girls he used to go out with to make this situation even worse."
"Ok, wow. I did not know that," Chloe spoke through the phone.
"Exactly. Me neither. And when he told me that I was like oh shit."
"Yeah," Chloe responded, looking around as she walked out of the airport. "It's crazy how many people are obsessed with our lives."
"More than crazy, to be honest." Lexi replies with a little laugh. "So, are you going straight home?"
Chloe nods her head, "yeah, I'm going to take a uber to the apartment since I don't have my car with me and it would be awkward to call Blaire."
"Oh shit," Lexi says through the phone. "I didn't even think about her. Have you even talked to her since the argument?"
"No and that's literally why it would be awkward," Chloe responds. "I don't even know what she's up to. She hasn't even tried to talk to me."
Lexi let's our a dry laugh. "The same goes for us."
"I just hope everything goes back to normal," Chloe says as she lets out a long sigh.
"It will don't worry. Oh and by the way, Tim has some big events coming up. You know, like the VMAs and the met gala. He also has some shit to do with big actors and his movie is coming out."
Chloe smiles big at her phone, knowing Lexi can't see it. "Wow, babes got big stuff going on."
"I know right," Lexi laughs through the phone. "What if he gets you to go to one of the events? Would you do it?"
"Lex, I don't even know. So much cameras everywhere and press."
"You know what," Lexi starts, "don't even think about it. It's gonna be a while until this all comes up so don't make yourself worry."
"That sounds like a perfect idea," Chloe says with a smile on her face.
"Okay, I'm going to find a ride back to the apartment. I'll call you a little later."
"Sounds good," Lexi responds. "Be safe."
"I will don't worry, bae. I love you." Chloe tells the girl. After saying their goodbyes, they hang up the phone call and Chloe begins to find herself an uber home.
