Izuku:mommy mommy i cant wait to find out my quirk! do you think it will be as strong as all mights
Inko: (chuckles) i have no doubt that you will have a strong quirk izuku
At the quirk doctor
Quirk doctor: inko and izuku im ready for you
Inko: lets go izuku (holds izukus hand and starts to walk to the room)
Izuku: ok mommy!
Quirk doctor: (runs the tests) his quirk is mermaid he can grow a mermaid tail and breath under water and he can also control water and when he crys his tears can grant any wish the negitive side is he cant be out of water for longer than 3 hours. He might be targeted by villains so be careful and don't tell anyone.
Inko: ok thanks is that all?
Quirk doctor: yes
Inko: ok bye thanks (takes izuku home)
Izuku: i cant wait to tell kacchan
The next day
Inko: izuku you wanna go play with katsuki?
Izuku: yes mommy i wanna play with kacchan
Inko: ill call mistuki (calls mitsuki and asks if their kids can play) she said they will come over

Mitsuki: (knocks on inkos door)

Inko: (talking with mitsuki then turns to izuku) no sweetheart who said that

Mitsuki: im sorry for the brats behavior we will go now
Izuku: its ok aunty
Inko: bye mitsuki
Mitsuki: (gets katsuki and leaves when they get home she has a talk with katsuki)
Inko: lets go to the store izuku

At the store
Izuku: (gets lost and feels somone grab him and they put a rag on his face and passes out)
