A stream of cloudy morning light passes through the crease of the window's curtains, shining upon a pale complected face of a very awake Mistress. Alcina was leaning her back on the wall, propped up at the head of her bed, staring off to the side in deep thought. She had been up with gears turning in her head for the past hour.
With a soft grumble, Alcina gently rubbed away some grogginess still left in her eyes and threw her heavy comforter off her legs. She moves herself to the soft mattreses edge, and stretches her arms over her head before getting up from the canopy bed. Alcina walks gracefully to her wardrobe and pulls out a silk black robe which she proceeds to wrap around herself. Slipping on some velvet black slippers, she then walks over to her vanity, seating herself upon on the bench.
She looks over herself in the mirror, ignoring the tired bags under her eyes, and lets out a small sigh. After a few lookovers and some lazy groans, alcina pulls out a journal, some ink and a quill pen from the side drawer of her vanity. She opens to the next untouched pages and dabs the quill with the ink. With the pen at the top of the page, she begins to write down all her thoughts.
~•~ I fear as if my thoughts and concerns have been in constant War, in turn increasing these raging headaches that I have not grown quite fond of! In fact, I do believe that they started developing more and more when my newest guest arrived...
Since this girl-that I now claim to call Elvera- first arrived, it seems as though the normal amounts of chaos the girls usually create, has eradicatingly Doubled by Eleven! This I can state as true, considering the fact that Cassandra already has formed a problem with this poor girl. I feel as though this growing chaos alone has only begun...
Though I may not have anticipated on having Elvera living in my home, as Mistress of this house, the least I can do is be hospitable until my questions are answered. And I would have thought that my daughters would have Long learned their manners when having a guest in this castle. Unless of course it were a new batch of maidens. Either way, due to her unacceptable actions, Cassandra most all had some thorough explaining to do... ~•~

"But Mother!! It Just Isn't FAIR!!"
Cassandra began to cross her arms and pout, seated at the edge of her bed. Though Alcina was not surprised of her tantrum, she was not as accepting of it either. She sighs at her daughter's childish brash.
"Cassandra. You know full well that I am to punish you for your Behavior!"
Alcina loathes the very thought of punishing her daughters. It pains her to do it, but sometimes thorough discipline is the only way to teach certain lessons.
All three daughters were difficult in the beginning, especially when it came to their thrist for human blood. But after some guidance, they began to learn to have some control.
Well...Sort of.
Cassandra starts to flare up at her mother's response, growling under her breath.
"But Mother!! She Was The One That Was Rude To Me! She Started It!"
"Cassandra, That Is Enough!"
Alcina sternly gives her the 'motherly glare' to shut down the sudden back-talk, which proves to work quickly after. Cassandra then backs off and huffs out an angery growl, cowering away from her mother's gaze.
