~The art of letting go~
Takemichi rapidly sprung up from his bed panting heavily due to the lack of air in his lungs, he took a deep breath waiting for himself to calm down, he felt the wetness that covered his entire body - sweat dripping down his temples and his shirt soaked with moisture, and clear salty liquid falling from his eyes blue crystal eyes.
He couldn't sleep at all, it's been 2 months since he last slept in peace, A certain dream which kept his eyes wide open from morning to night without a rest everyday for 2 months. For some reason even though this dream of his kept appearing every time he closes his eyes for months, he just couldn't get used to it, well who in their right mind would get used to seeing their love ones die over and over again, and losing the power to save that love one. The Feeling when God gave you the power to save everyone you love yet when you return to your time it's either all of them are dead or one of them is suffering, that will certainly make you feel like a useless bastard.
But was god the one that gave you that power, or did your imagination gave it to you?
'Another sleepless night eh~' he thought as he poured himself a bucket of icy cold water to keep himself from closing his eyes.
Getting out of the shower he looked at his reflection on the mirror. He saw an old man that looked like all he do in life is sleep - eat - and work, and that old looking man was him, and ofcourse you need to cross out the sleep part, there was a puffy dark bags under his eyes, so dark that his eyes can be mistaken as a pandas eyes. He stared at his own eyes, it didn't have a spark anymore. It didn't look as blue as it was in a old picture of his. He certainly didn't look like a cheerful kid anymore.
Looking at the clock, 'it's just 3 in the morning', he laid down his bed not even bothering to dry his wet hair, he didn't want to sleep as he didn't want to experience those nightmares again but due to his excessive lack of sleep, his eyes started to betray him again, his eyes slowly shutting without his knowledge, once it was fully closed, the only thing that was heard in the whole house was his soft snores, finally looking like a kid who got tired of playing and went to sleep. No one will even know the cruel things he experienced.

'Why is it so noisy here?' Takemichi complained, it's been an hour since he started walking yet he's still so sleepy, although it was dangerous walking while he was drowsy and his legs looking like its about to give up to every step he takes, he found out that walking while under the boiling sun can keep away him from falling asleep, although there is a high chance he can faint and die from heatstroke this was the only method that was effective.
He yawned still being annoyed by the laugher of some idiotic kids, he can't remember when or how but ever since he traveled back to his kid form he started being annoyed to kids well not only kids but most of the people he encountered, just staring at them makes his blood boil to a hundred degrees, he noticed how unbelievably annoying kids can be, also the reason he started ditching school and have a walk during his free time, no one cares anyway....
Another echo of laughter rang in his ears, he swiftly turned to the other side of the road in the direction of the laughters, he glared as he saw three ugly boys torturing a poor kitty. He started walking to their direction but before he could reach them, he saw a little girl maybe as tall as him, with bangs covering the middle part of her forehead, she had rosy brown hair and light brown eyes, her hair tied up, and she looked really angry.
