1st person POV
I awoke in a pile of rubble nothing but broken buildings and rubble is all I saw, I look over and see boomer unconscious on the ground. I stand and grip my stomach and walk over to boomer
Y/n: boomer, you still alive?
I slap his face, which wakens him instantly
Captain boomerang: holy shit! Please tell me we didn't kiss
Y/n: we didn't kiss asshole, now come on we gotta see if the rest are okay
With the bunker team-
Rick flag: Jesus Christ what the fuck
Thinker: I told you idiots would kill yourselves!
Rick gets up and sees the data chip, and so does peacemaker. They both run towards it but Rick through a punch knocking peacemaker over.
Rick flag: I fucking knew Amanda would have a back up plan for her back up plan
Peacemaker raises his gun to rick
Peacemaker: it doesn't have to come to this flag, just give me the data chip.
Rick flag: THEY EXPERIMENTED ON CHILDREN!
Peacemaker: nobody is saying what they did was right, but if that info gets out it causes a national collapse
The two men began to fight, rick tries to kick peacemaker but it gets countered and returned with a punch to the face, rick begins to desperately crawl away
Peacemaker picks rick up and throws him into a vent system knocking him over, rick punches peacemaker square in the jaw knocking him over to both men are on the ground, peacemaker pushes rick into a glass window shattering it leaving bits of it everywhere.
Rick pushes peacemaker over and chokes him with his own gun, peacemaker picks up a shard of glass and stabs rick
Rick: yo-you
They both role over leaving rick laying on the ground and peacemaker kneeing over him
Rick: peacemaker wh-what a jo-joke
Peacemaker looks over the dead body of rick wishing he didn't have to do this, near the rubble Cleo appears looking at the sight of peacemaker and ricks body,she grabs the data chip and runs off with peacemaker on her trail
Top team-
The bombs had probably done the worst damage to the top floors making the building close to collapsing.
Bloodsport: is everyone okay?
As soon as the question is asked the floor above caves in and sends a tidal wave of water crashing down on them followed by a certain king shark, as the water stops king shark stands from the water then is surrounded by these weird alien like creatures
King shark: new friends to play with!
When he said this the weird fish begin to cling on to him and bite him trying to hurt him. As the floor collapses causing the water to pour out taking the members with it, luckily bloodsport is able to grab onto a bit of debris and cling onto it.
Unlike king shark who falls all the way down, enough to kill a normal human. But he was no human.
Back with Cleo and peacemaker-
As Cleo continues to run through the rubble running up the stairs and going through a door up to the main floor. As she turns around she is instantly knocked down by peacemaker
Cleo: (saying it through tears) okay okay destroy the chip but why kill me!?
Peacemaker: because I'm thorough. (Loads gun) I'm sorry kid
With Y/n-
As boomer and I walk around I hear the cries of someone, someone very familiar. I run over to the sound and see peacemaker standing over Cleo with his gun pointed at her ready to fire
Y/n: NOOOO!!
Y/n runs faster then he's ever run before, time was slowed so much that nothing was moving at all. He quickly moves Cleo over to where boomer stands and quickly runs back over to peacemaker to fight him.
Peacemaker: you know we don't have to do this Y/n
Y/n: I don't care, you tried to kill my friend
Peacemaker throughs his arm up and fires a bullet at Y/n who quickly runs towards peacemaker dodging the bullet narrowly and sends a punch directly into peacemakers face
Peacemaker tries to punch Y/n in the stomach but Y/n dodges this attack and responds by knock peacemaker in the face with his elbow putting him on the floor
(Y/n grabs the collar of peacemakers shirt)
Y/n: why! WHY!
Peacemaker: I value peace with all my heart remember? And I'll do anything to keep it no matter how many men,women and children I have to kill to get it you bastard.
Y/n punches peacemaker unconscious before leaving to meet up with the rest of the squad
Cleo: Y/n!
Cleo runs up to Y/n and embraces him into a hug
Y/n: hey it's okay I got you
(Returns the hug)
Cleo puts her hand behind Y/ns head and embraces him into a loving kiss
Cleo: I've wanted to do that for a while Y/n
Y/n: I've wanted to do that to
Captain boomerang: get in there mate!
The two look to there rights and looks over at the Aussie cheering them on.
Y/n: we should meet up with the others right?
Cleo: of course
The two intertwine hands and walk off with boomer following behind, the three meet up with the rest of the squad members and start to plan there next move.
The floor starts to crumble beneath them. Then a huge star fish arm erupts from the ground
Cleo: it's trying to escape!
Bloodsport: what is!?
Y/n: everyone out now!
Y/n picks cleo up bridle style and sprints out the building with the squad close behind.
The whole squad looked up in horror at the beast that emerged from the ruins of the base.
