Shira got reminded by the things she heard...

'There's no way this is true. These are just from the books... From stories... They're just ridiculous beliefs passed down by the past generation. I'm not cursed. I'm not immortal.'

The landlady panicked and shook Shira's body as she was just there frozen like a statue still wearing a terrified expression on her face.

"Shira-san?! Shira-san, tell me what's wrong, please! Why are you acting like this! Please, somebody help! Shira-san!"

A bunch of nurses and doctors rushed to them. The landlady shook her body with the help of the other nurses one last time before it fell back at the bed and she, again, lost consciousness.

Shira looked out of her room's window, as the sun rose and shone brightly.

"How are you feeling?" with an expressionless face, she turned her head to meet the doctor who just entered her room.

"Fine. Can I get discharged now? I have school." she replied, showing no emotion.

"We checked you last night when you fell unconscious. I guess you can be discharged now because there's nothing really wrong with you. In conclusion, it might just be fatigue. Let's take the incident that happened yesterday as a miracle.... I advice you to have loads of rest when you get home, Miss Tatsu."
