As a quick side note, there is no energy system as of now, but please keep the actions used by cats at a fairly reasonable level. Don't send cats out hunting twenty times, or something like that.
There's also a difference between predator and enemy. An enemy would be another cat who you are in a war with, or are battling, whilst a predator is a creature such as a fox or badger.

Basic activities --

/send [cats] hunting
/have [cat] go hunting alone
/send [cats] foraging
/have [cat] go foraging alone
/send [cats] on a border patrol

/have [cat] become friends with [other cat]
/have [cat] become mates with [other cats]
/have [cat] have kits with [mate]
/have [cat] gift [item] to [other cat]

-- For bonding, the level determines how close they are. Less than a LVL3 bond counts as strangers, but will have no label.
LVL3 bond is friends.
LVL6 bond is close friends.
LVL9 bond is best friends.
LVL10 bond is for mates.

Recruitment --
After an undetermined amount of moons have passed, the chance of finding cats to invite into your clan will go down. So, to counter that, you can now go into the nearest town (there is multiple) and attempt to recruit a cat.

To recruit them, it may only take a simple invitation, or you may have to complete quests for the cats who live there. Your cats can also become friends and mates with cats who live there, and they can join the clan as that relationship progresses. The higher the relationship with cats in the clan, the more likely they are to join.

There are many towns that you can find, however you need to scout out the location of the town first.

/bond with [cat] from the [specific town]
/become mates with [cat] from the [specific town]
/have kits with [kittypet mate]
/accept quest from [cat]
/refuse quest from [cat]
/travel to [location in town]
/ask [cat] for help with [.....]
/invite [kittypet] to join [clan]
/give quest items to [kittypet]
/look for [location] in [town]
