"Come on Haz!" I laughed as I ran down the grassy hill that lead to the carnival.

Suddenly I felt myself being lifted off the grass and I looked up to see Harry carrying me bridal style, down the hill, at top speed.

We were both laughing as we reached the bottom and he settled me down on the grass. We paid for our tickets and got our wristbands to show that we had paid. We walked hand in hand, taking in all the rides and activities that surrounded us.

"So, what do you want to go on first?" Harry asked, nudging me.

"Eeeeeeerm" I thought out loud as I scanned the rides.

There was everything from stalls selling candyfloss to roller coasters, from hot dog stands to the big dipper.

I felt my whole face light up as my eyes rested on my favourite ride of all time.

"The Carousel!" I yelled and pulled Harry by the hand as we started running towards it.

"Your such a child you know that right?" Harry mocked with a smile, his dimples showing.

"And that's why you love me" I grinned up at him and planted a kiss on his cheek.

We arrived at the ride and showed the carnival worker our wristbands.

I ran on and sat on the horse closest to me. Harry jumped on the one next to me and we grinned at each other. My legs swung back and forth as we waited for the ride to begin.

Suddenly, the ride jolted into life and sweet music began to play. I whooped with joy and Harry laughed at me. Our horses began to rise up and down swiftly and we chatted as we continued to go round in a circular formation.

Once the ride stopped I frowned in disappointment.

"Come on babe, we can go and get some food" Harry smiled at me and I returned it before leaping off of the horse and grabbing hold of his hand. We jumped down the steps and made our way towards the candyfloss stall.

I got my purse out of my back pocket of my jeans and went to pay but I looked up to see that Harry had beaten me to it.

"Harry, you've paid for everything this evening. Let me pay for something" I told him sternly but he merely shook his head.

"The girlfriend is never to pay on a date" He stated with a small smirk. I rolled my eyes playfully and put my purse away before taking my candyfloss off of Harry.

We wondered around the carnival and spoke in between mouth fulls of fluffy candyfloss. Harry had been on edge since we left the stall and I was beginning to grow wary.

"Haz, what's wrong?" I asked him with a quirked eyebrow.

"What? Nothing, everything's fine" He reassured me. But I saw through it.

"There is something, what's going on?" I stopped in my tracks. Harry looked at me with a nervous expression.

"Just, come with me. I want to show you something" I nodded and started walking again. I finished off my candyfloss and threw the stick away in the bin and looked back up at Harry. He was gnawing away at his lip and his muscles seemed tense. We continued walking until I felt Harry stop from beside me.

I looked up from my shoes and I swear my eyes nearly popped out of their sockets.

In front of me was a picnic in a clearing behind the carnival. There was a red and white checked blanket spread out and Hawaiian pizza sat in delivery boxes. Chocolate covered strawberries sat in a bowl waiting to be eaten and fairly lights were strung around the tree's around us.

I felt Harry grasp my hand and he lead me over to the picnic. We sat down and I felt my lips twitch up into a smile.

"You did this?" I asked as I looked up into his breath taking emerald eyes.

"With a little help from the boys" Harry smiled at me and I felt my grin grow wider.

Harry placed a slice of pizza on a paper plate and handed it to me. I thanked him and took a massive bite.

"Oh my god, this is amazing!" I exclaimed as I swallowed. Harry laughed at me and took a bite out of his own slice.

We finished off our pizza and then Harry grabbed the bowl of strawberries. He grabbed one from the top. He handed it out to me and I happily bit into it. I smiled to myself as the melted chocolate oozed over my tongue and the strawberry juice made me cringe at the sweetness.

I picked one out of the bowl and fed one to Harry. We continued doing this until we ran out and we sat in a comfortable silence. We gazed up at the stars and I noticed one star that was shining brighter than the rest. I smiled a little at its beauty and I felt Harry shift from beside me.

I looked over at him and my eyes widened slightly as I saw what he was doing. He was on one knee and his eyes had clouded over with, what seemed like, panic.

"Madeline, we have been together for three years now and it is more than clear that I am head over heels in love with you. Your so beautiful and I couldn't see myself with anyone but you. I love you so much and I know you feel the same way" He took in a shaky breath and I felt a single tear run down my face.

"Madeline, will you marry me?" He looked into my eyes and I stared back into his. The ends of my lips rose and I broke out into a massive grin.

"Yes!" I kissed him on the lips and wrapped my arms around his neck. He slid his arms around my waist and we pulled away. We hugged each other for a while and then I felt Harry pull away.

"I hope you like it" He said as he pulled out a box from his jean pocket. He opened it and laying on the plush pillow inside was a silver ring with a Sapphire embedded in the centre.

"Its-its amazing" I gushed. He grinned and slid it onto my finger. I grinned up at him and we kissed once more. I pulled away from Harry as I heard a voice come from behind the tree's.

"Is it a ring on the finger!?" I heard a northern accent call. I relaxed when I recognised it as Louis' and I laughed.

"Yes!" Harry yelled back with a slight blush on his cheeks.

All the boys ran out from the tree's and jumped on us, enveloping us with hugs and congratulations.

This has been, without a doubt, the best night of my life. I couldn't wait to spend the rest of my life with Harry and discover what was in store for us both.

I couldn't wait to be his Mrs.Styles.
