scene 5: three months later

Brighten the stage

(Sam wakes up to hearing his wife puking in the bathroom. Sam shot out of bed and ran to the bathroom door. It is locked)

Sam: "Sweetheart. Are you okay. Please let me in"

(Bathroom door unlocks and Sam burst through the door. Sam found donna sitting on the floor all pale)

Sam: "oh sweetheart. Did the babies keep you up all night."

Donna: "Yeah. I tried to roll over and get comfortable, but it is impossible. This morning I started to feel dizzy in bed so I tried to stand up, but then I felt sick, and I didnt want to wake you, so I locked myself in the bathroom."

Sam: "Here lets get you you up and back laying down. (Help donna up, and walk out of the bathroom and let her sit on the edge of the bed."

Donna: "Thank you honey. (Shiver) Could you get me a blanket please. I am so cold."

Sam: "Of course. Have the babies kicked yet. I really am so happy."

Donna: "(wrap the blanket around you). Ohh thats warm. I hate this part of pregnancy, with the morning sickness."

Sam: "Just remember to stay calm. I know the morning sickness isn't helping you sleep. I just want you to stay calm. And don't forget we have to leave soon for you appointment."

Donna: "Thanks honey (kiss sam on the lips) Oh my god. The appoinment is today. I completly forgot about it. What are we going to do with rosie and tanya."

Sam: "We will just ask Rosie if she and tanya will watch the hotel for a while. I mean it shouldnt be a long appointment."

(Sam dials down to rosie and tanyas room)

Rosie: "Hello."

Sam: "Hey rosie its me sam. Listen. I was wondering if you would be willing to watch the hotel for a while, while I bring Donna to her appointment."

Rosie: "Yeah we will do that. Good luck at the appointment."

Sam: "thanks. "

(Sam hangs up the phone)

Donna: "So. What did they say?"

Sam: "They said they would do it for you."

Donna: "Great. Now I have to master getting dressed. Thats a killer mission. Will you help me."

Sam: "of course I will help."

(Sam helps Donna find a shirt and jeans.)

Donna: "That was easier than I thaught. Thanks sweetheart."

Sam: "Your welcome honey. Are you ready to go."

Donna: "yes. I am so ready."

(Donna and sam have pepper go down and start the jeep, while Sam and Donna go slowly down the stairs)

Sam: "What do you think the genders will be '

Donna: "1 boy, and 1 girl"

Sam: "me too."

(Donna and Sam make it down to the jeep, sam helps Donna into the front passanger seat, and pepper sits.in the back. Sam drives the jeep off the stage.)
