I wake up to my mother screaming...again
I wonder what's the reason this time?

I get off my bed and go downstairs to see her fighting with the maid for not having her food ready on time...seriously?

wow she's so ignorant. she turns her head to look at me

and just gives me a disgusted look and left for work...I hate her so much I turn to the maid lila

and I see her in tears

" hey don't let her get to you alright? "

" it's just getting so hard for me claire "lila says...

this poor women i love her to death she's been with us for over 10 years she basically took care of
me and my mom treated her like shit for the longest time yet she stayed for me...

I gave her a hug and went off to eat breakfast.
I finish eating and head upstairs to take a shower

I finished my shower and got ready
and my mom got back from work.

I went down stairs to see her with my dad carrying a bag of Chinese food my favorite.

they set it up at the table and we all start eating.
my dad started making small conversations

" tomorrow's ur birthday are you excited? "
my dad says

"  sure " I replied to him

my mom then says

" can't believe ur turning 21 tomorrow and still don't have a husband or a job...all you do is just sit in ur room all day and rot "

me and my dad went silent my dad looked at me giving the ignore her look.

I finish my food and head up stairs
I changed into my pajamas and went to bed.

and while in bed I just started thinking about my life and how fucked up it is and started having a mental breakdown

the truth is Iv been homeschooled my whole life

I never really had any friends

or a boyfriend

no one really ever loved me

I used to get bullied at the park sometimes when lila would take me

I never understood why people treated me this way

I'm 21 and don't have a single friend and never had a boyfriend in my life

and not to mention my own mother hates the fuck out of me

I'm never gonna understand my mom and why she hates me to much

i mean iv always tried to be the perfect daughter

always.

she just won't accept me for whatever reason

i don't know if it's because I'm her second child and her first died when she was just 3 months old

or she just hates me

i wish I was the one who died instead

I ended up crying myself to sleep,the next morning i wake up to lila holding a birthday cake and she was singing happy birthday

I wanted to cry at that moment
" make a wish! " lila says

I wish for a normal mother.

I blow out the candles
" what did you wish for!? " lila asks exited

" it's supposed to be a secret isn't it? "

I giggle she cuts a slice of cake for me and i started to eat " lila this is so good " i say

" thank you sweetie" she chuckles

she puts the cake on the table and gets something from the floor

" look what I got you! " lila says

" lila u shouldn't have " I say

" it's ur birthday claire! please take it ! " lila says

" but I- " no buts " lila cuts me off

" fine " i sight as i open it

it was a little box i opened it and find a beautiful bracelet

" wow I- thank you so much lila "

" I made it myself " she winks

no one has ever got me something so special like this in my entire life

I started tearing up

" claire!? what's wrong!! " lila asks

" nothing just thank you so much "

" ur welcome sweetheart now come on downstairs and eat breakfast with your parents! " lila says

my parents? but it's 9 : 39 AM my father and mother should be at work

I was so confused but I just went downstairs
she took me to the dining table and there was a whole lot of food

this is very weird since my parents never ever have breakfast with me they always rush off to work after 7 am

i just knew something was up

but i let it slide since i was starving so I sat down

i saw my mother and she was very happy
I was so confused i've never seen her so happy before

and my dad was just looking down at the table

what the fuck?

" mom what's going on? " i ask

" nothing why do you ask? " she says

" no reason never mind " I say

I  started eating a bit when my mother blurted out " your getting married "

I choked on my food " w-what? " I said

my dad got up angrily and left the house
I was just sitting there shocked

what just happened?

did my mother just tell me I'm getting married?
but I'm not ready yet
and I don't even know this person.
okay this is not real I'm probably dreaming
no fucking way im marrying someone I don't even know
i started to feel faint and heard my mother talking again..
