i've decided something! ! !
from this point on, anyone can use any idea ! its not limited to one person. if you like it, go ahead, write it! no need to ask. still state that the idea is from me, if you use it. (a dedication and some credit would still be really nice and appreciated!)
REMEMBER: if you do use an idea, dont get mad if someone else uses it, too! theyre up for everyone!
ALSO: do not use any prompts from before this point. those are already taken by people who may not be happy with this change of rules.
