"there are two rules for success, harry." louis taps the blunt side of his pen on his lip.
"yeah? what are they?" harry asks with wide, curious eyes.
"one: never tell everything you know." louis flips the pen in his fingers, never looking up at harry.
"okay, and the second?" harry eagerly awaits the response, but there isn't one.
louis just gives a clever smirk and flicks his wrist for harry to exit his room.

louis is a college professor, harry is one of his students.
i imagine this would be kind of like harry always having "questions" for louis even though he doesn't need help in the subject (you decide) and louis knows that. so, louis is snarky and sarcastic and everything louis would be as a teacher. (seriously, imagine that.)
i haven't really thought of an actual plot for this, so it could easily be a cute lil cliche one shot. but, if you were to think of a plot, then go for a chaptered fic!
