Chapter 1

Y/n pov

I am currently standing in the outside of my new college. And wondering if I am ready for this new change in my life .

Next deciding option 1 if I should go inside to get my dorm keys or option 2 sit outside for a bit to think. Choosing option 2.

I go sit under a tree to think about my parents. Seeing their faces when I let at the airport a mix of happiness and sadness. My parents and I had the best relationship and leaving them made me think do I really have to do this and leave them ,but this was my dream. To graduate and follow in my parents footsteps. They always told me to do something else with my life, but when I was growing up I sometimes helped them and I loved doing work with them.

So the moment I new I wanted to go into the family business. They were the first to know about it.

After about 5 minutes I decided it was time to go inside and begin with my journey.

While I'm pushing other students out of my way I finally get to the front desk. Getting my dorm keys going to dorm room D24.

Getting in the hall where my dorm is. I see a bold girl struggling with her bags and to get in my dorm,guessing she's my roommate.

"Hey let me help you with that" I say. "Oh ,thank you" she says giving ons of her bags that was avoiding her to open the door. She opens the door and walks inside and says "I'm guessing your my roommate?" I smile saying "yes I am, sorry in y/n y/l/n iets nice to meet you." " I'm Carol Danvers, it's nice to meet you to" I look inside of the room seeing two beds and two desks on each side of the room. "Which side do you want?" Carol asks looking at my. "I'm sorry to say Carol but I want the right side." I say in a serious tone. Carol looks away and starts laughing saying "ok ok bossy."

We go to our sides of the room and organizing it the way we feel is comfortable.

Afte a while Carol says "y/n do you want to hang out and get to know each other a little bit beter." I turn around say "sure but only if we get food first." She smiles wide " ofcourse I was going to say the same thing."

While I was ordering some pizza Carol got a movie ready for us to watch." Ok, the pizza will be here in about 30 minutes." I say sit next to Carol. She looks at me and says "That's fine ,so while we wait for the we can ask each other questions about eachother, but we make turns doing that." " Sure I'm fine with that you go first Carol." "Do you have a British accent?" I look at het smiling and say " yes I am was it that obvious." She laughed. " Ok my turn, what course are you taking." " sport and Spanish. What about you?" "Business studies and Russian." She looks back a me shocked and says "wow Russian how do you know it?" I look at her and say "Well my grandfather was part Russian and when I was 9 he started teaching me." " That's amazing are you fluent?" " Hey Carol it's my turn to ask a question,  but yes I am."

After 30 minutes of talking and get to know eachother the food arrives. We eat our food while watching a movie, we got ready for bed and went to sleep for our first day tomorrow.
