Chapter Twenty-Eight

Perrie's P.O.V

After my shower I got dressed into black jeans and a black long sleeve shirt; I put my hair up and put on the necklace Ron gave me. I checked the time seeing It was about 9:30. I looked thew my stuff and grabbed the dress I got from Draco and shoved it into a bag along with a couple other outfits and my photo album I got from the Twins. I grabbed it and ran downstairs and went to the Gryffindor common room. When I got in there I saw Ron. "Ron!" I said running to him. "How did you get in hear?" He asked.

"No time for that Ron. Just please keep this stuff in your room and make sure it gets home." I handed the bag to him. "Why can't-" I looked at him and felt like I was gonna break down. "Just please." 

He must have seen how hurt I was and he nodded. I hugged him and let a few tears fall, but wiped them away before he or anyone could notice. "I love you. Now I gotta go." I pulled away from possibly the last hug I would have from my twin brother and best friend. I ran out of the common room and to outside of Dumbledores office were I met Draco, Daphne and...Ginny!? "What is she doing hear?" I said pointing to my little sister. "I'm sticking with you." "No! I'm not letting you get hurt." 

"Perrie. I'm a big girl, I can make my own choice.". I sighed and nodded knowing I was never gonna get her to leave. "Let's go." Draco said in a shaky voice. He grabbed my hand and led me, Daphne and Ginny into his office wear me and them would wait for the others. Draco kissed my head and walked onto the balcony to begin talking to Dumbldore alone.

Draco's P.O.V

I heard Dumbledore talking to someone once I entered his office, I kissed Perrie's head and walked up the stairs out on the balcony. Were I was met with Dumbledore standing in front of the edge of the rail; alone. "Good evening Draco. What brings you hear on this fine spring evening?". I pointed my wand shakily at Dumbledore  "Who else is hear? I heard you talking.". "I have been talking out loud to myself for years. I find it useful." He said.

"Have you always been to yourself Draco?" I didn't answer his question and after a moment he continued. "Draco, you are no assassin."

"How do you know what I am? Some things that would shock you."

"Oh like cursing Katie Bell, hoping in return she would give the curse necklace to me. Like replacing a bottle of wine with poison. Forgive me Draco, I can not help feeling these actions are so weak that you, can't possible be responsible."

"I was chosen." I lifted up my sleeve to show him my Dark Mark. He stared for a moment then begun again. "I shale make it easy for you." He lifted up his wand to his head. "Expelliarmus." I shouted the spell sending his wand out of his hand and onto the ground. 

That's went I heard the door open to the office as they began walking down the stairs to the balcony. "Your not alone. There are others. How?"

"The vanishing cabinet in the Room of Requirement. I have been mending it; then there are a couple others from school." "He has a sister. A twin." He said referring to the cabinet. "In Morgan & Burt's. They form a passage."

"Genius." I was shaking more; he continued. "Draco, years ago I knew a boy who made all the wrong decisions. Please let me help you."

"I don't want your help!" I was about to break; but I held myself together. "Don't you understand? I have to do this. I have to kill, or he's gonna kill her." I wiped away the tears I had. Then they came out Bellatrix, Greayback, Daphne, Ginny and Perrie. They walked over to me "Well done Draco." Bellatrix whispered in my ear witch caused me to shiver. "Good evening Bellatrix. Good evening to you to girls." He said gesturing to Perrie, Ginny and Daphne. "I think introductions are in order."

Bellatrix spoke. "Sorry Albus but we are on a bit of a tight schedule." She looked at me. "Do it!" Bella hissed.  "He doesn't have the courage. Just like his father."  Greyback said. I glared at him but turn my focus back to Dumbledore. "I'll do it." Greyback said. Bella hissed. "No! He must do it. The Dark Lord said." Greyback growled but didn't argue any farther. "This is your moment Draco do it!" Bella hissed once more. 

     I should have done it then. With Bellatrix Lastrange hissing at you to do something any idiot would. But I couldn't I froze. "No." I heard Snape say I lowed my wand and turned around thankful that I didn't have to do it. I backed out of his way and took a stand by Daphne and Ginny who have been silent this whole time. Perrie stood by Snape and Bellatrix and Greyback was in the far back of the group. "Severus." "Please.". Snape pointed is wand to Dumbledore. But soon lowered it. "I can't either." He mumbled. Bellatrix hissed. "I'll do it." She pointed her wand to him but before she could say the curse; someone else did. "Avada Kedavra!" Perrie yelled. Dumbledore fell off the rail and Perrie started crying once she realized what she did. "Well done Perrie." Bella said. But I ignored her and pulled Perrie to me as she cried I rubbed her back. "Lets go." Greyback said ignoring the fact that Perrie was crying. We all followed Bella and Greyback off the balcony, out of his office, down the halls, (everyone was asleep) and out of the school. My arm still tightly around Perrie and Ginny and Daphne behind us.
