[Chunin Exams Arc]

        "I'll be going now.." Hinari informed her brother who nodded in response.

"Be back before dinner." Neji uttered, Hinari nodded and went to the Training ground 3.

She walk rather slow, taking her time looking at the sky while taking the empty and quiet route to have some alone time. She placed both of her hands behind her neck, leaning back a bit while whistling.

"It's only 10 and I already can see the moon." She mumbled

She closed her eyes, loving the subtle peace she has. She hoped that- the peace would last for her, wanting to experience a nice life with her brother.

Hinari arrived at the grounds, she stretch for a bit before sitting on the grass, legs crossed while her hands' fingertips brush against each other.

And then, she entered the Mind Crystal Garden.

"You're getting a hang of it Hinari!" Murasaki cheered, seeing as Hinari entered their mind.

"Hmmp! I still don't like her." Chairo crossed her arms, huffing.

"Chairo, learn to accept that we have a new master." Momoi puffed her cheeks.

"You're too soft Momoi, Murasaki, why do you even want to help this little punk." Mikan scoffed

"Only if the foxes are here, I would've let them eat your soul." Kiiro spat

Hinari giggled "You guys still don't acknowledge me huh, is that because I didn't want to unleash your powers?" She questioned

"The only person you summoned here are Shiro, Momoi, Ao, Aka, and Kuro! Of course we'll hate you." Midori stated

"Well that's because you guys takes too much chakra, and plus, you guys don't even want me to summon you because you said you hate being summoned." Hinari pursed her lips

"Why are you even here brat?" Kuro raised a brow

"I just want to greet Kocho-sama but seems like she's unavailable today." She answered

"She's in the Crystal River, she's going to be asleep for probably a month. If you want some advices, you can come to us, we'll help you." Shiro smiled

"...thank you Shiro." Hinari stood up and bowed.

"I actually wanted to train with you, Shiro." She smiled before disappearing into groups of butterflies.

Hinari opened her eyes, seeing as some birds and animals in the forest came surrounding her. The cold breeze that touch her skin made her shiver, it cause the birds residing on her shoulder to flew away, startled.

"You can summon me anytime."

Shiro's voice rang over her head, Hinari nodded and stood up. She bit her thumb and spread her blood on her palm, weaving bunch of hand signs before slamming her palm on the ground. A puff of smoke appeared, there, a beautiful woman with almost all white appearance emerged from it. Her beautiful long white hair reaching the floor started to flow with the wind, her hands was wrapped around a staff.

"I suppose the reason I'm the one you summoned is because you want to polish your aiming skills?" Shiro questioned

"That's half right, Shiro." Hinari replied

"Then." Shiro paused and started playing with her staff, spinning it with her hand and fingers before stopping, creating a good pose.

"Shall we start?" She smiled, Hinari grabbed her katana and nodded. Both watch as the leaf in front of them land on the grass, once it land, they charged forward leaving a dent on where they used to stand. Their weapons clashed, creating a nice sound. Both jumped away before once again launching attacks, Hinari swinging her sword with Shiro swiftly dodging it and counterattacked.

Once Hinari saw an opening, she flipped her sword and hold it backwards. She jumped and grabbed some needles underneath her skirt and threw it towards Shiro who deflected it with her staff. Hinari spun her body along with the sword, throwing needles simultaneously.

Once she neared Shiro, Shiro took out another staff and put the two in x formation in front of her and swinging it enough to create a huge wind pressure to stop Hinari from spinning. Shiro took that time as a opportunity to charge forward, giving Hinari a huge blow enough to put her on rest for a while.

Hinari panted, wiping the blood on her mouth using the back of her hand.

"You got me, Shiro." She declared her defeat, laying down on the grass while staring at the sun right above her.

'staring too much at the sun really makes someone blind...'

She groaned

"You're improving, Hinari-sama."

Shiro felt shivers on her spine, noticing someone has been watching. She used her power to controll the needles her master used earlier then shoot it towards the target in pure accuracy, but a male emerged, a sand was protecting him from the needles. It was Gaara with his arms crossed, with his usual monotone expression.

"Hmm? Shiro, what's wrong?" Hinari asked Shiro, still looking above.

"My monster told me he sensed something familiar for him so he ordered me to follow it, I didn't know this is the thing he was talking about." Gaara spoke, as soon as Hinari heard her, she jolted up wide-eyed.

"G-Gaara?" She was surprised to see the male

Shiro extends a arm, as if protective gesture to prevent Hinari from moving.

"Shiro? What's wrong..?" The Crystal Eye cocked her head in confusion to her butterfly's action.

"Shukaku... So, you're the vessel huh.." Shiro mumbled, looking at Gaara's eyes. By that, she went and enter his soul and met with the beast residing inside of the boy.

"It has been a while, little one."

A beast greeted Shiro, who nod at his presence.

"It sure is, Shukaku."

"Shiro? What's with you?" Hinari stood up as she approached the butterfly.

"It was nothing, Hinari-sama." Shiro lowered her arm, letting Hinari walk towards Gaara.

"Whatcha' doing here?" She asked the male with a welcoming grin.

"...."

Gaara took a glimpse of Shiro sending daggers at her, as if she was warning him to be polite and nice to her master, he sighed and uncrossed his arms.

"I just happen to see you while I was strolling around the village." He simply answered

"Is that so?.. then how's Leaf for you?" The female wondered

"It's lively, too lively." He replied

"..."

There was a line of silence after that, the only thing the both can hear was the leaves ruffling against each other, a puffing sound of Shiro disappearing, and birds chirping.

"I- I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY NOW!"

The Hyuga screamed in her thoughts as awkwardness filled the atmosphere between the two.

"Uh...so... See you around?"

"Hn.."

"Then... I'll get going now.."

"Yeah..."

Gaara watch as Hinari walk away from him, looking back now and then before disappearing to his line of sight.

A rather mischievous, most villainous, and most evil ish grin showed to his lips. As if monster possessed him.

"Hyuga Hinari, I'll kill you, too."
