As the passengers began to disembark, he slid his leg out of the plane, his Carhartt boot making a soft thud on the ground. He stretched his tall frame and switched on his phone, wondering if his mom had tried calling him.
"Captain, shall we go?" his friend asked, standing beside him. He looked up, his eyes narrowing slightly as he bit his lower lip, a habit he had developed over the years.
His hair is neatly cut into a low fade, accentuating the sharpness of his jawline. His beard is well trimmed, giving him a sophisticated look. His fair skin had a smooth, fresh complexion, hinting at his Middle Eastern heritage. His almond shaped eyes were a deep, captivating brown, and his thick, dark brows framed them perfectly. His nose us aquiline, giving him a regal appearance. His lips were pink and full, with a hint of a smile playing across them. His lashes were thick and dark, framing his eyes beautifully. An earthy scent swirled around him, adding to his rugged charm. He is a man who exuded confidence and sophistication, and his appearance commanded attention.
He walked towards the taxi, his friend slid in from the other side. He quickly dialed his mom's number, and she picked up after just one ring. "Abdulhameed!" she exclaimed, her voice laced with relief.
"Yes, mom?" he replied, his voice laced with amusement, as he leaned against the car seat, biting his lips.
"Have you landed?" she asked, a hint of worry creeping into her tone.
He let out a laugh, his straight, white teeth gleaming in the light. "Mom, you worry too much! I wouldn't call you if I wasn't back on solid ground. I told you last time, you need glasses!" he teased, adding a dramatic flourish. "You're getting old, you know. Time is not on your side!"
His friend chuckled at the playful banter, shaking his head in amusement.
After a brief pause, she responded, her tone serious. "Don't make fun of your mother, Abdulhameed. I'm asking you something."
"Alhamdulillah, mommy, I've landed safely.
Masha Allah, may Allah always protect you wherever you are, and may He continue to bless you.
