THIS CHAPTER DOES CONTAIN MATURE CONTENT
The first day has finally arrived and I was awoken by feeling the heat from the sun on my face. I forced myself out of bed and had decided to jump in the shower to help wake me up. I started the shower and felt the water to make sure it was the right temperature that I like. Once it was right I jumped in the shower and instantly felt more relaxed. The water felt like a warm embrace that I miss so much. Once I had finally finished my shower I got out and tried to look in the mirror. I noticed all the steam in the air and wiped off the mirror so I could see myself. I put on my uniform and realize it is time for breakfast. I headed down to the Great Hall and found the Slytherin table. I slowly walk towards the table realizing that I have no friends in my own house. I make eye contact with this brown-haired boy and walk up to him and say,
"Hi I'm Isabella Miller, I don't have anyone to sit with, is it okay if I sit over here?"
The guy replies, "Yes of course and by the way, my name is Theodore Nott but you can call me Theo."
He smiles calmly as I take a seat and sit next to him. We continued to talk for a while as breakfast continued. Once it was time for breakfast to end he asked me what our timetable is for the day.
"We have Defense Against the Dark Arts with Gryffindor," I say while looking at the piece of paper in front of me.
"Do you know anyone in Gryffindor?" I ask.
Theo looked at me blankly and said, " Well there is the infamous Harry Potter and his little posse. The two tall redheads are Fred and George Weasley. They are known as the pranksters of the entire school, they are always coming up with some new pranks to pull."
Theo went on and on about the different people in Gryffindor, I didn't mean to but I had ended up tuning him out until it was time for our first class. As we got up from the table to make our way to our first class someone ran into me and made me fall to the ground.
"I am so sorry I didn't see where I was go-"
As the person who knocked me over had turned towards me I had noticed it was George.
"Please forgive me I didn't see you, and I did not mean to make you fall-"
"It's okay George I'm fine."
George's face begins to turn a crimson shade of red.
"You can tell me apart from my brother?" George says excitedly.
"Of course I can, are there people that can't?"
"Yeah actually there are a good amount of people you do not know the difference between us, sometimes even our own mother can't tell us apart," George responds with a smile on his face.
"Well, you don't have to worry about me," I responded back.
After all that was said and done, I saw that Theo was still there waiting for me so we could walk to class together.
"I am so sorry, I didn't mean to hold you up," I exclaim.
"No it is okay, you are new and allowed to make conversations with other people, I understand. Also, you apologize WAY too much, not everything is your fault, Isabella." Theo says as he looks at me concerningly.
"I guess it is just a habit." I came back.
Once we arrived at the class I sat down with Theo and a group of other people from my house. They went around and all introduced themselves to me.
