"Are You Little?"

Sleepy Boy

It was a rather sunny day for what felt like a dreary week. The side walk had dried and Alex had been extremely stressed leading up to this. Jay had came over to help Alex work on something. When he arrived it was really early in the day and he found Alex sitting on his couch watching something on his computer. Cartoons. He smiled tilting his head.

"Hey Alex, Whatcha watching?" Jay asked sitting next to the taller man.

"Watching... Uh..." He moved his fingers across the mouse pad. "Wounder pets..." He mumbled quietly chewing on the string of his hoodie.

"Wounder... Alex, Are you little?" Jay asked quietly earning a stare from Alex. "Oh- it's okay if you are."

Alex took the string out of his mouth and turned to Jay. "I... I think, you never told me how it actually feels you just told me how to do it." He closed his laptop. "Sorry, this week has been so much and today I thought we had a break." He got up about to walk away. "I forgot I asked you to come over. I'll get the stuff-.." He stopped talking as Jay tugged gently on the bottom of Alex's hoodie.

"No, no. We can have a break today. You didn't contact any of the others and you didn't tell me to either." Jay gently pulled Alex back down to the couch.

"So tell me how you were feeling. Before I came in."

"Uh... Calm? No-! I got really happy for some reason when I found the flash drive of those shows you gave me."

"Awe, that's what you were watching a second ago?"

"Yeah. Um, I was spacey. Like I wasn't really paying attention to anything and I just wanted to curl up and watch them more." Alex leaned against Jay closing his eyes gently.

"Do you want to do it again, Give it another shot? I can get you something to drink." Jay had basically made Alex's house a second home lately with how close they've been getting.

"I geuss..." Alex thought for a moment, opening his computer. "Can you just get me a glass of milk please?" He asked putting his knees to his chest and leaning against the arm of the couch. He queued up Wonder Pets again, watching quietly.

Jay came back quickly with a glass of milk and one of water. He handed Alex the glass and sat on the other end of the couch. Alex held it with both hands. As he watched his eyes slowly drifted closed. He was struggling to stay awake as he watched, having to set the glass down.

Jay watched the other quietly, seeing him drift asleep only to dart his head up seconds later.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah... I just haven't been sleeping right. I'm fine."

"Well you're falling asleep over there."

"Yeah..." Alex wasn't really paying attention to the other, still dosing off.

"Come here." Jay put his arms out wanting the other to lean on him. Alex crawled over and laid between Jay's legs with his head resting on the other's chest. He huffed quietly feeling Jay start to pet him.

"Are you sleepy?"

"No... I'm... Yeah..." Alex was trying to be sarcastic but he was trailing off. He started mumbling to Jay, not really forming words but trying to talk.

"It's okay, I'll get you back up in a bit. Sleep tight.." Jay smiled and closed his eyes, nuzzling Alex's shoulder. Laying on the couch they slowly drifted to sleep.
