Chapter 3

*TW- MENTAL/PHYSICAL ABUSE, PANIC ATTACK*

Elle POV 

I woke up and I didn't know where I was and I started to panic. I thought back to yesterday and remembered that I was at Clay's house. I instantly felt 100 times better knowing that I was with someone who actually wanted me. I looked at the clock next to my bedside table. 7:38am. I'm used to waking up at 6am to do chores. A chill went down my spine when I remembered my past. I pushed the memory to the back of my mind. I hopped up and went to Clay's room. He was cuddling with George and Nick. I laughed quietly then left not wanting to wake them up. I went to get some food for breakfast, but I didn't know where anything was. So, I decided that I would go into my brother's room and wake him up. 

I go into his room and see all 3 boys sleeping peacefully. That's not going to last long. I thought to myself. I jumped on the bed and tried so hard to wake everybody up. Slowly they all woke up. "Uhh, Elle go back to sleep it 8am." Clay complained. "No, I grew up waking up at 6 in the morning and I'm bored so please get up so we can do something fun." I said like an annoying little sister. But I knew that Clay loved me to death and that he wouldn't be too mad at me for waking him up. "Ok, I'm up, let me get changed and wake the boys up fully then we can have breakfast." Clay told me. "oki doki." I replied. 

*TW- PHYSICAL/MENTAL ABUSE, PANIC ATTACK*

I went downstairs and saw a small knife, it looked almost exactly like the one Bella would stab me with if I did something wrong. I started to panic remembering all the pain I went through. The remaining bruises started to hurt with the memories I had. All I could hear was Bella. You useless child! Why didn't I leave you on the side of the road. Why did I take you home! You can't do anything right. I walked over to the knife. You're a failure. This is the reason your mother abandoned you! You're the reason why your family left you. I picked the knife up slowly slicing down my arm crying. I was halfway up my arm when the knife sizzled up and melted away into nothing. I was snapped back into reality. I looked at my arm and ran to the bathroom to clean the wound and bandage it up. I put on a hoodie so that no one could see the cut. I sat down on the floor of my room and thanked my fire powers. I had a rare gene, passed down from someone in my family. I had power to call out for fire and fire come to my hand. I could do the same with wind. But that's it. I needed to be careful. I couldn't let anyone know about my powers. I know its sounds weird, but I had a dream when I was younger, I was told by someone, I don't know who, that I had the power of fire and wind and that I couldn't tell anyone until the time was right. I'm the worst at knowing the 'right time'. I saw that person in some of my dreams. Theia, she said her name was. she was the nicest person ever, she reminded me of a spring day, nice and warm and kind, like my brother. "Elle?" someone said. I snapped out of my thoughts. "Huh" I replied. I see Clay come into my room. "There you are, I was so worried that you had wondered off, or got kidnaped, o-or," He rambled on. I got up and gave him a hug. He returned it. It was different to the other hugs he gave me, this one made me feel warm inside. I could see some embers float around us. I told them to go away. That was too close. Clay looked at me and smiled. "I made pancakes, lets go eat." I nodded.

Dream POV

"I made pancakes, lets go eat." I said. Elle nodded her head. When she gave me that hug it felt so different to any hug I had ever had. My fire powers had gone off and I could see embers wrapping around us. I told them to go away and they did before it was too late. My fire made came out as if it sensed another magical being. But that's impossible. This gene is so rare, well that's what Theia told me. "What do you think about that Dream?" Sapnap asked me. "Huh" I responded. "You weren't listening were you?" He askes. I gave him a sheepish look and he smiles and shakes his head. "I said that George and I could show Elle everybody while you set up the arena for training." Sapnap repeated. "Um, yeah that's cool" I replied looking over at Elle. "You alright with that y/n. "Huh" She replies. "Oh Yeah that's fine" I smile to myself. this was no doubt my sister. "Well, you can tell that they are siblings, hey George?" Sapnap says to George while y/n and I smile. "Huh" George says and we all fall to the ground laughing while a very confused George watches us roll around on the ground together. Sapnap explains everything to George, while I help Elle get ready to go see everyone else. "I've never laughed that hard before" Elle says. "Really!?" I reply. She nods her head. "Well, we are going to change that" I say while giving her a hug, which she happily takes. "Goodbye, have fun, stay safe and make sure George and Nick behave ok?" I tell her before she leaves. "I will!" She says laughing. 

Sapnap POV

"Well that was an eventful morning" I say to no one in particular. Elle nods and George just looks confused. Elle starts playing with something on her fingers. "Whatcha doing Elle?" I ask. She looks nervous and panicked. "Um, nothing, just looking at the view." She says quick enough for anyone to tell that she is lying. George and I give each other a look. " Well here is our first stop, L'manburg" I say. Elle looks nervous. She is really quite shy around new people.

Tommy POV

As I walk around L'manburg I see Sapnap and George and someone else who I don't recognise. They are still far away but I run to Wilbur anyways. "WILBUR, WILBUR!" I yell. "Mhmm" He replies. That is the lamest reply ever. "I saw Sapnap and George coming towards L'mangburg with someone else who I don't know, you gotta come!" I yell again. "Calm down Tommy, that's just the new person Dream told us about remember?" He asks. I shake my head. Of course I didn't remember. It was the green bastard I didn't bother paying attention to him. Wilbur just sighed. "Her name is Elle, Go get Tubbo, Nikki and Fundy so we can all meet her together." Wilbur said. I nodded my head and left to go get the others. Another women? They must all just come for me. I see Nikki, Fundy and Tubbo and I start to head over to them. "Guys there is a women outside who Wilbur wants you to meet." I say. They all look at each other and then come with me to go say hello. When we got outside Wilbur was talking to Sapnap and George. "Tommy, Tubbo, Nikki and Fundy, This is Elle." Wilbur said while pointing to all of us as he said our names. I stood there. I didn't say anything, this was one of the only times where I was silent for more then a minute when meeting someone knew. She was so pretty. "Hello, I'm Tubbo!" Tubbo announces. She waves at Tubbo not saying anything. "Hello, I'm Nikki, I'm glad to have another girl in Dream's land" Nikki says. Elle looks at her smiles and waves. "Hi, I'm Fundy and I'm NOT a furry." Fundy says smiling. She siles at his antics and looks at me. "Uh, um I-I'm Tommy, Nice to meet you." I stutter. She looks me in the eyes for what seems like forever. Smiles and says "I think we will become good friends!" My smile is so big, I blush and look to the ground. Her voice is so soothing. She is so pretty too. Her emerald eyes just make me have butterflies in my stomach- What! Tommy you met her just then you can't feel this way!  She probably only thinks of you as a friend. That or an annoying child. "Well, we might go and introduce Elle to everyone else now, remember raise white flags and everything will be easy." George says. I hold Wilbur back before he argues and gives Elle a bad impression on L'manburg. 

A/N And that's chapter 3. I don't know how big I want this book to be maybe 20 chapters or more. Are there anyone's POV you want to see? I was thinking of Tommy and Tubbo fighting for Elle or something?  Anyways thank you so much for reading. Get something to eat, stay hydrated, get some sleep, and remember that you are loved. <3
