Bucky woke with a pounding headache, he opened his eyes and looked around, he saw that he was indeed in a cell, that didn't bother him, most of his life that he can remember was in a cell at Hydra, what bothered him was that he didn't know who's cell it belonged to. He growled as he sat up holding his head with his flesh arm. "что за черт" (what the hell) he sighed, he looked around, slowly standing up to see if there were any weak spots in the cell where he could break free, he was shaking, the thought of being in a new place that could be even worse than Hydra terrified him. Out of nowhere the men he fought appeared at the front of the cell looking in at him, "Bucky... it's me, Steve," Steve said with an honest look on his face. A blank stare was projected at Steve by Bucky, slowly followed by a "Who?" "He doesn't remember you Steve" Sam said while placing a hand on Steve's shoulder, Steve looked back at him with a sad expression on his face, he sighed "Let's give him some time, maybe having some time spent with me will re jog his memory" Steve explained as Sam took his hand off Steve's shoulder, "I hope your right man, id hate for him to cause us any extra trouble" Sam said as he walked off. It was just Bucky and Steve in sight now, Steve thought that maybe if he told some stories from their past together it would help Bucky remember who he was. Steve went up to the Cell door and looked at Bucky, "Hey Buck, it's me Steve" He paused, "do you remember *he laughs* that time we had to ride back from Rockaway Beach in the back of that freezer truck? We had money that was meant to be used to get home on the train but instead we bought hotdogs." He smiled as he looked down at the shield that rested against his leg, "A lot has changed since then". "Dolores!" Bucky said as he jumped up from the hard bed. Steve looked at him and smiled "you called her", "Dot" they both said at the same time. "Steve?.... I'm sure you were smaller" Bucky said looking at his friend. "Your mum's name was Sarah... You used to wear newspapers in your shoes." Bucky said while looking at the ground in heavy concentration but with a slight smile on his face. "You cant read that in the museum" Steve with a smile. A few days has passed and Bucky's memory had become even stronger, he remembered how he joined the War, his parents before they died, his life when he first met Steve and many other past memories. One morning Steve and Bucky were having a conversation about how beds these days are like marshmallows compared to what they used to sleep on in their 30s when Tony came sprinting in, "There's been an attack!! We need to suit up now!" Steve looked at Bucky, "ill be fine Steve, you go save the world yet again" Bucky said with a smile. A few hours had past and the Avengers arrived back at the tower all bloodied and confused. Steve went to see Bucky who was still in the cell, not because Steve didn't trust him but because the rest of the Avengers still needed a little more convincing that Bucky was no danger to them. "Steve, what happened?" Bucky said as he was confronted with a beaten and bruised Steve, "We were ambushed, not by an army... but by a girl, she had the power of 1000 armies and speed... even light couldn't beat her in a race." Bucky looked at him, then away fast. "What? What is it? I know that look Buck, you can't hide anything from me." The Silence echoed throughout the room. Bucky looked at the ground, sighed, and finally met Steve's eye line. "I'm not the only Winter Soldier."
