It's been a week since Kanao found out that Tanjiro is Spider-Man, and she took it quite alright. Tanjiro was expecting Kanao to hate him and never speak to him again, but quite the opposite. When Tanjiro needs to Spidey up and randomly ditches his friends, Kanao will be there to cover for him.
The news was filled with people talking about the chaos that has been happening recently in the city. They were talking about Spider-Man and how he was battling a new foe, which the city decided to name him 'Hobgoblin'.
Present day
Kanao was sitting in the dining table doing her homework. Tanjiro enters from the front door dropping his bag and flopping on the couch.
"Have any luck finding him?" Kanao asked while still focusing on her homework.
"No nothing yet. It's just the same old stuff." Tanjiro sighed.
"Well since you aren't doing anything you could finish last weeks homework." Kanao suggested.
Tanjiro got up and started walking upstairs "After I take a shower."
Kanao smirked and continued to do her homework. Couple minutes after Tanjiro went upstairs Nezuko came down walking towards the door.
"And where are you going Nezuko?" Kanao raised her head up.
Nezuko turned around and gave Kanao an awkward smile. "Oh I'm just, going to hang out with some friends!"
Kanao raised her eyebrow at Nezuko making her more nervous than she already is.
"Okay fine," Nezuko said defeated "I'm going on a date with Zenitsu." Nezuko looked down not making eye contact to hide her embarrassed face.
"Oh." Kanao said in suprise. She didn't expect Nezuko to give her the truth like that.
"Well you better get going before Tanjiro comes down here." said Kanao.
"R-Right!" Nezuko said rushing out the door.
1 hour later
Tanjiro comes back down stairs and sits across Kanao in the dining table and starts doing his homework.
After a couple of minutes of doing homework Tanjiro gets sidetracked and starts drawing in his notebook.
Someone walked down stairs but Tanjiro didn't notice until Kanao spoke up.
"Where are you going Nee-san?"
Kanao asked Kanae. Tanjiro looks up and he sees Kanae in a black dress.
"Oh, me and Sanemi have been invited to a party hosted by Mr. Kibutsuji." Kanae said.
"Oh!," Kanao surprisingly said "well I hope you have fun."
"Thank you Kanao!" Kanae smiled.
Sanemi arrives downstairs in a suit and tie. "You ready?" Sanemi asked.
Kanae nods her head. Sanemi and Kanae walk towards the door, but before leaving Kanae pokes her head back in the house before leaving, "Shinobu is gone for today so you two are home alone together~" Kanae then closed the door.
"Why did you tell them that?" Sanemi asked confused opening the car door for Kanae.
"Oh you know, they need a little bonding time." Kanae giggled.

People started showing up to the party. Kibutsuji is by the door greeting the guests one by one.
