Author's POV

Ansh stood there in the room, gazing or better glaring at her. She looked so beautiful in that wedding outfit, even though she was devoid of any make up or any bridal accessory. But something about seeing her in the bridal attire made his heart race fastest then ever. She looked like a budding rose, yet to bloom. He wondered how she would look when she'll dress up properly like a bride.

Smiling smugly, he locked the door and started moving towards her who was looking nervous and scared as hell. She stammered moving back,

"Why..Why di..did you lock...lock the door?"

Without any word, he continued walking towards her like a predator. She gasped when her back collided with the wall, and he closed the distance between them blocking any way of escape. She was looking at him hell scared, breathing deeply and wide eyed. He stopped just an inch away, their breath mingling while she could feel herself shivering.

He smirked and leaned closer whispering,

"Mana kiya tha na jaan, bola tha back out. But you didn't listen, in fact, you were getting married behind my back." Meera gulped at his tone, and tried to say, "De..Dekho Ansh....."

"Shhh!"

He shushed her keeping a finger on her lips, freezing her and muttered,

"I have seen enough love, now you'll see what I'll do. Kaha tha na, kisi or se shaadi karne ka socha bhi to mandap se utha kar le jaunga." Meera shook her head in panic when he continued, "Bar bar kaha tha, kuch din pehle bhi or.............................."

He left the sentence hanging making her panic and anxious before continuing,

"5 saal pehle bhi."

Her eyes widened and she gasped inaudibly, her heartbeat stopped for a second when he smugly said,

"Hnn, five years back Meera. What did you think ki mujhe kabhi yaad nahi aayega? I won't know that we shared a past." He scoffed continuing, "Yahan main sochta raha ki hamara past life connection hai, or dekho, past life nahi, ye isi life ka past connection tha, which pulled me towards you."

She was just so spell bound, only one word left from her mouth,

"Kese?"

He smirked taking his phone out, he searched something and then played looking at her intently. Soon she heard her own voice telling him everything about the past in a slurry voice. Her mouth wide opened when he whispered,

"God was with me Meera, the day we got drunk in Coorg, everything you said got recorded on my phone's voice recorder. It god saved, but I couldn't see because my phone switched off that day. But guess what, kal mujhe ek message milta hai that Meera is getting married. Angrily I return to my hotel room, go through my phone and suddenly stumble upon this reading. And boom...............memories come back."

Meera sighed, a tear on the brim of her eyes in disbelief when he said with a little anger and hurt in his voice, "But you know what, I would have appreciated agar ye mujhe tumse ya apni family se pata chalta. Everyone kept me in dark, playing with my memories and making me believe that you are a stranger when both of us were together like lovers for six bloody months. That hurts Meera, it fucking hurts!"

She scowled and said,

"Tumhe sab yaad aa hai gaya hai to, even I won't stay quite. What did you say? That it hurts. What if you come to know six months back whatever happened between us was just a lie, all the loving talks, every single date or moment, every single kiss and every single night that we spent making love or I should say fucking was nothing but a deceit. That FUCKING HURTS MR.ANSH SINGHANIA. You have no idea what hurt is, so don't give me this shit."
