Often, We want to seek revenge to our enemies.
But why? Why do we want to pay someone back with revenge?.
Well, That's because we have a thing called fleshly desires.
Fleshy desires is any form of Sin.
Such as: Selfishness, Envy, Hatred basically anything that's not God's will.
However though, Just because we have temptation doesn't mean we should use it as an excuse to sin. (Do we fall at times, Yes of course! we are not perfect.)
As Christians, We are called to be more like Jesus.
Jesus is full of love, He could have threatened the sinners with his power and seek revenge on them but he didn't.
WHY? Because he loves the sinner's but hates sin.
That's exactly what we should do to our enemies, Show them the love of God ,Pray and forgive them.
