"We love first because he loved us"

We need to experience the love of our heavenly father. One of the most important things in our day is receiving his love. Without being loved by God you can't fully love him or others, Why? because he is LOVE.
Let me say these quick three words before I go into the next thing. "GOD LOVES ALL". That's right he loves ALL OF US.
In 1 Corinthians 13:1 it says "If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal." We are called to live life in response of God's love, because God asks us to do everything with love. You can't live a life of loving others if he doesn't love you. (Which he does love you)

"Where does Love come from?"
Simple, Love comes from God. He wants you to live a lifestyle of love and not anger nor hate, Because he knows that's the most peaceful, fulfilling and purposeful way of life for us.
He wants you to be set free from your burdens. He also wants to lead you down the path of an abundant life. "How?" You may ask? . Well that can all be done by receiving his love.
The love of God will guide you, and fully delight you.
His love will free you, and sustain you.
His love for you is eternal, real, and right now. All you need to do is simply open your heart to him and set aside some time right now to receive his amazing gift of love.

"How could I receive his love right now?"
It's simple, There's a couple of things you could do.
Let me start with one of the most important ones first :)

Ask the holy spirit to help you encounter the love of God
prayer: "Dear God, we abound in hope by the power of your holy spirit, Fill me with all the Joy and Peace I may need as I believe in you. LORD I ask that you may reveal yourself to me as I want to know the love you have for me. Holy Spirit, empower my life to produce Your fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Amen"

Read your bible :) or the bible app (Any works)
Here's a few verses to read about his love for you:
Joshua 1:9 "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."
John 16:27 No, the Father himself loves you because you have loved me and have believed that I came from God.
Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
