It had been 2 weeks since the dates. Stefan and Caroline's relationships were going really well. Caroline wanted to take Aaron to New Orleans and make him meet Rebekah & Marcel. He finally got a 1-week break from his job. His winter break was going on so he had a holiday from college. They finished packing.
"Care, why are you going?" Stefan asks.
"Well, Stef, I want him to meet Marcel and Bekah."
"I know but did you have to leave Kol here"
"He didn't want to come, Stef."
"Ughh, I wish I could come but I also want to spend time with Val"
"I get that. I don't want you to come anyway. If you leave Mystic Falls then trouble will be unstoppable."
