"Oh. I am still shocked at Kol and Damon's friendship. I mean they are very similar but it is still surprising"

"Well, I mean I could but the thing is I don't want to. Are you jelly, Barbie Klaus"

"No. I am perfectly happy with Marcel. You still didn't answer my question. What are you doing here"

"Just wanted a small trip"

"Damon, this isn't a small trip. It's a 2-day trip"

"I just wanted to visit blondie"

"Yes, it is Damon. How do you know Elena?"

"Well, she is in my college"

"What? She finished college"

"Well, she is retaking pre-med"

"What? I thought she would have a clinic in Mystic Falls by now"

"Well, not everyone has contacts like the Mikaelsons to borrow money from, blondie"

"Caroline never borrowed money from us," Rebekah says.

"Yes, she did. She has a Lamborghini and is always shopping"

"I am glad you notice my day to day routine, Damon, but I haven't borrowed money from them"

"Then how did you afford those things"

"Well, I kind of own a hospital"

"What?!"

"Yup, I was bored. So I took a business class. After that, I worked some small jobs cause I figured I have a lot of time till I die. With that money, I bought a piece of land. I wanted to put that to good use. I found the perfect thing. I had a few friends who studied to become doctors but didn't find hospitals that were hiring. So, now, my friends have jobs and I have 4 or 5 branches of hospitals"

"Care, you don't have just 5 branches. Currently, you have 8 branches"

"Wow! Blondie, I never thought you could achieve anything in life"

"I could say the same to you, Damon, but I don't really care about what you think and I don't have time to think about you"

"Care, you are so successful. What is the name of your hospital chain," Kol says.

"I've heard of it. It has a branch in New Orleans"

"Yeah, I wanted to make a branch here since there are so many accidents involving witches and werewolves. Do you guys know anything about it, Marcel and Rebekah?"
