Chapter 1: Types of Entities

One who has never explored the paranormal or spiritual realms my see all entities as the same or as evil.

They may believe that anything they can't see is there to harm them or torment them but this is not the case.

There are thought to be many realms and many more entities that exist within them. these entities rang in rank and power level, some are wise and powerful, others are have very little effect on our world, some are good, some are bad and some are neutral. Not all of those "other worldly" beings are human souls.

Throughout history there have been thousands of reports and recording on the paranormal, spirits, demons and more. There are many theories on ghosts, spirits, poltergeist and demons. None of wich can be proven right or wrong but all share similarities throughout different cultures.

Many different cultures except and even embrace the idea of the existence of other worldly entities, rather it be ghosts, demons, deities, kriptids, etc. folklore belief is that spirits can enter or exit a host body through the nostrils and mouth. 

The book of demonology states;
If they really existed in the world, we should find them mentioned somewhere by philosophers, holy scriptures, ecclesiastical tradition or the holy father's.

First Encounters

When encountering a spirit for the first time it may make your hair stand on end or send chills down your spine, but how do you know what kind of entity it is? Being able to identify the difference between a normal ghost and a demon can be hard at first and may leave you in a panic.

There are many types of entities out there, most of which don't appear to us with the intention of harm but with messages or are just passing through.

What are spirits?
Ghosts or spirits are of human energy. They are the left over life source that remains on the astral or spiritual realm after death.

The Three Bodies
This is a theory in human energy it states that each person has 3 "bodies";
The physical body, the astral body and causal body. If you have ever noticed, at certen points throughout the day we can see our shadows split up to three. These are said to be a reflection of each body.

The physical body is made up of atoms

The Astral body is made up of "prana" or life force energy

The Causal body is made up of thoughts, memories and emotions

Soul dualism, also called dualistic pluralism or multiple souls, is a range of beliefs that a person has two or more kinds of souls. In many cases, one of the souls is associated with body functions and the other one can leave the body.

The book of demonology states;
All life is consciousness; all life must have vehicles through which it can express itself, as man is mortal, so is his vehicle. An extension of consciousness is a capacity to receive higher vibrations then is customary. We are said to function in a zone or area appropriate to the type of consciousness used.

There are a few Subcategories for spirits, depending on how they lived in life or how they died.

Ancestral spirits are, quite literally, the spirits of your ancestors. They can appear when called upon and often help to guide you through life. These spirits will often fallow you around or obey your commands.
