old friends

Bella pov

I woke up the next morning only to fund myself in the arms of Emmett and Jasper. I kissed them good morning and asked,"where are Carlisle and Edward?" they smiled and said that they were making me dinner.

I recalled the previous days events and stiffened. Jasper realised this and hugged me close burying his face in my hair purring to calm me down,"u were incredible darlin'.  We are proud to be your mates." Emmett kissed and nuzzled the other side of my neck saying,"u can relax baby. The threat is over.."

I nodded relaxing but a thought nagged my mind, was  it really over?

I shook my head out of those thoughts and got up stretching like a cat. I looked back to see my mates looking at me intently with desire causing every thing south of me clench with wAnt. I calmed myself and muttered, "school" causing them to groan and me to giggle.

I skipped to the bathroom and Did my business and took a shower. I came out wrapping a towel around me and drying myself put on a black  corset top,  blue washed jeans and blue matching jacket. I wore my hair into a pony and put on my black knee high boots. I applied a little mascara nd lipgloss and grabbing my bookbag headed downstairs.

I kissed Edward and Carlisle and ate the breakfast they had prepared for me. We soon left for school with Carlisle going to the hospital.

School passed in a breeze and I called Stefan before heading home, "hey Stef how r u?"

"am Good sweety what about u. R the Cullens keeping u safe? "

I sighed exasperated and said,"yes Stefan. My mates are the best. They r. When are u coming back?"

"soon " I spoke for a little more while and kept the phone. Alice had been bouncing up and down the entire day but wad not telling us anything and hiding it from Edward also. We soon understood why. We reached the mansion at the same time as Carlisle. Just as we were heading towards the door,  a black jeep entered the highway. We turned to see who has cone and almost immediately jasper ran towards it. A male vampire with red eyes and dark blond hair dressed like a cowboy jumped out of the jeep and tackled him in a hug. They started mock fighting. A girl dressed similarly with blind hair cropped short emerged out of the jeep and came towards me and enveloped me in a hug. "hi sweetness, I am Charlotte but family calls me char"

I recollected char and Peter from jasper's stories. They were the ones to rescue him from his sire after he had allowed them to escape. I immediately hugged her back with a wide smile in my face. She hugged the Cullens smiling. "are they always like this? " I asked her gesturing to jasper and Peter. She nodded smiling at the guys affectionately as they playfully wrestled in the mud. Finally jasper had Peter in a headlock and Peter accepted defeat.

He hugged me and said,"hey lil bit"

I hugged him and said, "hi petey" he pouted at the nickname while everyone laughed. We headed inside to catch up with them.
