The world around her span, her body aching as pain lace her bones. The explosion and ricocheted though the lab, flinging her into the backwall that had been littered with lab equipment. No doubt broken equipment now.
A strong hand griped her fallen form, helping her to her feet once the dust had settled. "Lady Oakes, are you alright?" asked the Norse god. He was been surprising gentle to the lady in black.
"I have been better, now go. I fear I shall only hold you back at this time" she told him, waving him away with one hand. "It appears the hulk has made his appeared"
"Are you sure?"
"Prince Thor go, I shall meet you at the prince's cage after hulk has been delt with" her tone gave no room for argument as she leant against the cold metal wall behind her using it as support and the prince gave one last look before nodding escaping the room the other having fallen elsewhere or already having left.
She waited a moment, letting the pain running thought her body steady until it was a dull strum in the back of her mind. There was a reason she avoided physical confrontations.
This body. This body could no longer withstand the pressure of a physical fight, it was frail wanting to be broken at a moment's notice. This frail from when she was bedridden. She took a step forward, balancing unsteadily on her feet as she withheld a wince. As pain race up her legs. Protesting against any movement as she slowly made her way out of the destroyed lab. Using the wall, the best she could as a clutch in an attempt to alleviate the pain.
She readjusted her glasses. Luckily, they hadn't broken in the backlash of power.
She had taken longer that she had thought walking painfully slow towards the prison keeping out of sight of all those on the ship, "lady Oakes" Thor loud voice echoed behind her as he appeared, from his skirmish with the hulk. "I shall go first" he stated, heading thought the doorway.
"I do not think that is wis-Wait!" she called trying to stop the large Asgardian from rushing forward. There were two presences in the prison room.
"NO!" Thor yelled, heading towards the cages open doorway.
"Wait Thor no one's there" her voice landed on deaf ears as the male ran straight into the open doorway. Straight into the glass cage that locked behind him. Having been tricked by the god of tricks.
"When are you not going to fall for that?" the smooth voice of Loki called from the other side of the room, with an emery solider standing beside the controller for the cage. Ceclia frowned, she would not be able to open the doorway it seemed. Delaying the worse outcome, it seems would have to done.
She senses the smug smirk on Loki's lips as Thor in anger slams Mjölnir onto the glass wall of the cell. her shadows informed her of the extra person making their way towards them. The plan formed in her mind she needs to do was delay Loki from dropping his brother it seemed – the extra person could re-open the cage. She returns her attention back towards the cage is the mechanics gave off a shrill whine and as loosened its hold on the cage. Preparing it to be dropped into the air below the flying ship.
