300 Years Later:
It had been 300 years since Antheia met Jack Frost for the first and the last time... quite honestly, it wasn't exactly a meeting. She had been influenced by the Moon to help him out of that frozen pool. However, even still, she had seen Jack – in the vestiges of winter that he left in his wake that she followed, bringing Spring to the lands. She had always been the one to fully thaw out his creation.
There were times when Antheia caught sight of Jack off in the distance, but she never got to see him properly. He was fleeting and the cold wind that carried him away was quite faster than her warm one. She didn't mind it as she didn't know what she would even say to him if they ever met.
Of course, he was quite handsome in her eyes.
But she wouldn't necessarily be pretty in his.
She always ruined his winter wonderland with her arrival. On the other hand, E. Aster Bunnymund, a Pooka friend of Antheia with whom she shared the season of Spring, was not very fond of Jack Frost. He had not quite met him but he hated what he represented, and he especially disliked it whenever Antheia mentioned the Spirit of Winter to him.
As the Spirit of Spring, Antheia was intrigued by the Spirit of Winter.
As the Keeper of Easter, Bunnymund found Jack Front a nuisance. It was currently the season Spring, and Antheia was spreading as much joy as she could before it dissolved into Summer. She always worked hard when it was her turn in the year, and she wished that her wonderment could be seen by other seasons as well. Plus, the Easter Day was not far.
And one warm Spring night, while out in the dark skies lit by the bright moon, Antheia was having a well-deserved time on her own. She soared through the air, playing with the cherry blossom petals that shed off from her hair and she spun around to cover the moonlight with them.
Not that anyone could ever actually see her.
Just as Antheia made the last loop in the air and straightened up, she found herself face-to-face with the sight of the beautiful Aurora Borealis – they only meant one thing: Nick St. North, the Leader of all the Guardians and the Guardian of Wonder was calling upon them all to his Workshop.
"My fellow Guardians – It is our job to watch over the children of the world,
and keep them safe – to bring wonder, hope and dreams.
And so, I've called us all here for one reason, and one reason only –the children are in danger,"Antheia was stunned – it was the first time in a decade that this had happened, and something that always concerned the faint-hearted Antheia. She was always concerned that someone got hurt.
"I must set off immediately,"
Morning was dawning upon the snowy mountains by the time Antheia reached the edge of North's Wonder Workshop. She pulled her warm pink cloak around her to keep herself from freezing up while every fluttering petal out of her hair froze and dropped to the ground as crystallised petals.
"Saint North!" Antheia cried out as she entered the Workshop, finally receiving some warmth from the indoor fireplaces that lined the walls. "Saint North, what is the matter?"
North was in his North Pole Workshop's Globe Room, where the Globe of Belief was situated. Antheia noted that something was wrong with it, and she also found the rest of the Guardians also present there.
All of them – North, Bunnymund, Sandman and Toothiana – turned to look at the pink-haired girl as she gently landed onto the ground, shedding her cloak as she neared the fireplace, next to which Bunnymund was warming up as well.
