Chapter 3

Lilly's pov

"Today we are going to start on making cars. out of only noodles, note cards, foam boards, skewers, and q-tips. You will be using the person next to you for your lab partner and this is having to deal with newtons laws. When you are compleat with your car you will then come and collect data and see if your car will withstand the force of hitting a wall and not cause "injury to your passenger" or in this case not crack or break an egg.you will have 3 weeks to compleat this lab with a full data table and conclusion and you each will be given $60 in play money to by your parts. There will have to be a group of 3 because we have an odd amount now. any questions?" Mr Wicktor explained. I raised my hand. "Yes, ms porter?" He said.

"Would you mind if I did this project myself, like all the other ones?" I asked.

"As a matter a fact I do mind, I'm sure you and Mr.... umm" he looks at the class roster. "Ahh, Evans, will Have a great partnership together." He says. I wanted to fave palm so bad but I refrained. he started passing out our "$60" and we put it together and we had "$120". We started working until the bell rang for lunch. relieved, I stopped by my locker I dropped off the things for the first half of the day and got the stuff for the last part of the day, my lunch and went to Emma's locker.

"hey babe!" She said hugging me. she calls me babe, it's not like we're dating it's just a thing we do.

"Hey" I say hugging back.

"Have you seen the new hot guy! He's so dreamy and he has like the hottest hair ever and the deepest blue eyes!"

1 word..... Cory

"Yea trust me I've seen him, everywhere" I said rolling my eyes.

"I have a feeling you don't like this new kid." she said shutting her locker.

"It's not that I don't like him it's just I don't know why he would talk to me of all people."

"Maybe because he new and doesn't know anyone?" She said with an eyebrow up wiggling it.

"Shut up" I said as we finally got to our table.

Cory's pov

I was walking to a table and I found a kinda jockey group so I decided to sit with them.

"Hey guys, mind if I sit here?" I asked.

"Nah it's cool just take a seat" a guy with an Australian accent said. "I'm Ashton, and these are my boys Calum Michael and Luke." He continued.

"Nice to meet you, Ashton, Calum, Michael, and Luke" I said. "my names Cory."

"oh we know who you are, everyone has been talking about you because they said you were and I quote, "a walking sex God" and excuse me that's me." Ashton said with a smirk.

"Oh well I'm sorry I guess I just wear a paper bag over my head... yea no I'll probably suffocate" I said.

"How bout we do a bet kinda thing or a funny joke to make you stay at this table?" Luke said.

"What a great idea since we're the only table that isn't full besides, ew Lilly Porters table." said Calum.

"Lilly is nice why does everyone hate her?" I asked

"She was caught kisses Kendra's boyfriend in 6th grade and became the whore of our class." Michael said.

"Who was her boyfriend?" I asked

"Lukey over here." Ashton started to laugh after he said that and Luke just turned away. "the topic is touchy with him, he never told us why though." he whispered to me.

"ANYWHOO, about this bet," Ashton explains. "I have the perfect idea. I want you to get close to Lilly like really close and the fake date her and dump her in front of every one at prom!" He said way to excited.

I could never do that to a girl... that's just wrong, but i have to fit in with these guys.

"Okay, just between us right?" After I had said that I herd a ding from everyone's phone except Lilly and Emma's.

"Umm about that." Michael said with his phone out.

Great everyone one knows so I can't back down now. the story of my life...

Yes my little duckies🐤 I made this chapter extra long so it can make up for all the days I haven't updated. And yes, I ADDED THE BEST BAND IN THE WHOLE WORLD, 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER!!!!!! Lol it will be interesting on how I make them all mean and just douches but that all for now
