Bellatrix switched sides here a few days before the war, so here she's alive and good :)

Schoolbag in hand, she leaves home in the early morning

Bellatrix stood behind her daughter, Y/N, with tears in her eyes.

Waving goodbye with an absent-minded smile

Y/N was staring at herself in the mirror in awe, but noticed her mum wiping her tears away. So she turned around and hugged her.

I watch her go with a surge of that well-known sadness

"You're growing up, my dear." Bellatrix whispered and lifted her chin up to face her. "And I'm so proud of you."

And I have to sit down for a while

Y/N smiled back, a few tears also coming in her eyes.

"Thanks mum."

The feeling that I'm losing her forever

"And you're not gonna lose me forever."

And without really entering her world

Bellatrix nodded and fixed her daughter's beautifully styled hair and kissed her forehead. "I know, it's just- I wasted half of my life after that bastard and forgot about you, my daughter, the one I should've payed attention to."

Y/N laughed softly, "Don't worry mum. I've already forgiven you. And what really matters is that you're here, in my wedding, full of love and support and not the opposite."

I'm glad whenever I can share her laughter

Bellatrix wiped more tears of her and her daughters face with a big smile.

"Let's go, Y/N I'm pretty sure Harry is excited to see you at there." She said as Y/N nodded.
