"Ben! Come on! It's not that difficult, just stop joking around. You did so well yesterday."
Ben sighs, rubbing his nose irritatingly. It had been rather stuffy lately. His mood has been sour lately. Everythings' just not going how he'd like. He has been more tired lately. A little on edge lately. It's just been difficult lately.
The dance leader begins to practice again, teammates frown at his immaturity. Though, he dare not cry in front of his peers. For that, he would be mocked a while. Instead, he shamelessly excuses himself from the dance studio, and rather than going to the restroom as he'd promised, he sneaks out. Sprinting into the grey outside world, with little more than a thin overcoat to help his cold pale fingers.
It felt like the rain was due, but he couldn't walk back in anymore, that would raise questions he'd rather not answer.
After walking around for a while, he decides to take a seat by the street benches with roofs. As he predicted, it had begun to drizzle, the adults running around in woolly coats thick in layers scampered around to avoid getting wet. Ben was quite far away from the underground studio. He leaned his head onto the wooden bench, watching the people scurry about his busy little urban town. Even if most of them went about their lives successfully, it never did feel like home.
