I regret that I failed to remember the day when we laughed so hard,

'Cause never thought I would leave and took decades to come back,

Though, carry in your heart that you do last, in my heart you'll always have spot,

Together we do foolish things in the past that I cherish in my heart,

Hope you do look back to that silly past with a joyful laugh

You are sweet and I am sour but that didn't hinder us to share a bond,

You've given me positive vibes when all of me have turned so dark,

A friend like you is a treasure I found, one that pin a love deep inside,

In my despair you lend me your time, words of yours enlighten my hopeless heart,

Sorry, I was gone when hard time comes, but in prayer, I keep you in mind,

Don't let struggle in life twist your heart, in prayer you should hold on tight,

Someday I'll be back, beside you I will laugh

For now, let's face the world apart but in time we'll sit together and look back
