The first step to restoring Perseus Achilles Jackson to his former state as surmised by Ladon would be to take care of his guilt seeing that he held himself responsible for the deaths of Bianca di Angelo and Zoe Nightshade owing to his trait of loyalty.
Anger, Disgust, Fear and Sadness were necessary emotions for certain situations as they give the affected person the needed adrenaline rush to act in order to stop an ugly situation, thus they would help him keep them in check so that he did not go over board.

Therefore he spoke with the Fates concerning the matter to which they surprisingly agreed after all, he had done things that were impressive while he was still a demi-god.
Now he had surprised them again by single-handedly unifying the Olympians and fighting a third war. As such their mother Ananke was also impressed as they were and she would be the one to personally give him his domains once he was revealed at the next Winter Solstice.
Taking his sword Riptide, they poured their power into it, calling forth Artemis to do the same which she promptly did.

Upon Ladon's instructions, Perseus placed himself to cushion her fall, then the Fates began the ceremony.

With that a meteor fell from the sky, slowly it took the form of a human being, when it landed in Percy's arms it was an unconscious Zoe Nightshade. With tears in his eyes he gave her to Artemis who having tears in eyes as well placed her on a wooden stretcher she conjured up.
The Fates were not done yet. Next they called up Hades asking him to pour his power into the sword, he did and they began the second ceremony.
"Bianca di Angelo, daughter of Hades, faithful hunter of the goddess Artemis, by the will of Fate and Destiny this day, you have been given another chance at life.
Let This Power Draw You From Elysium Back To The Land Of The Living!".
A black portal opened and out of it walked Bianca di Angelo who was immediately hugged by an emotional Hades then he took her back to the Underworld to be reunited with her siblings Nico di Angelo and Hazel Levesque.
Percy meanwhile had a content smile on his face, the scenes before him were what he always replayed in his head every single day wishing he had the power to bring them back as they did not deserve to die the way they did. Now that had happened right in front of him, hence there was nothing he wanted more.

He had been cured and was 90% back to his old self, thus Poseidon was able to restore his connection to the Sea. But there was one thing that they noticed was still missing, romantic love.
They would leave that aspect to the Fates.

The next Winter Solstice would decide Percy's future as to whose care he would be in going forward. The Hesperides indicated that they wanted to take him into their ranks as the first ever male Hesperide to forever watch the garden with them as their blood bonded brother.

The Olympians were quick to disagree with the suggestion of Perseus joining the Hesperides. The romantic side of him had not been restored yet. To do that, he would have to stay in Camp Olympus and Olympus to rekindle that side of himself and lead to him eventually choosing a better half or better halves, him joining the Hesperides would truncate that plan as he would swear an oath of Celibacy becoming a virgin forever, something Aphrodite, Artemis and Athena opposed.
Alternatively, he would stay with the Hunt, a preferable open ground where the three of them could safely keep on eye on him without any unnecessary interference.
You may think the Hunters would dislike this arrangement but they did not
