As days quickly pass by it's now my mother's funeral and this doesn't seem like reality as my brain rejected the idea of her leaving the realm of the living. As her coffin get lowered I can't help remembering her sweet smile, the way he calls my name in the sweetest tone, the way he scold me, Everything about her. I don't want her to leave me yet. As dirt started to cover her coffins all I can do is look away cause I know this scene will taunt me for the rest of my life.
None of Bonten are here right now because the place is too open for any of them to stay specially Mikey so didn't take the risk to attend the funeral and be assassinated.

"So what do you plan on doing now?" My cousin asked as she caress both of my hands. "I don't want to continue my study" I at least wanna live my life to the fullest. We don't know when will we see Thanatos as death is a unexpected thing. "Grandma said you'll be going back to Japan" Japan? When did I say that? I wanna spend my days with our grandparents so we at least have some memorable moments together. I quickly seek Grandma to ask what she meant by 'going back to Japan is'.
"Lola! What do you mean that I'll be going back to Japan?" She had a soft innocent smile on her face "Ija you should live there happily with the Mikey guy from now on" How does she know Mikey? "Lola what exactly do you mean by that?" "Your live will be more comfortable there. Mikey, I think he'll really protect you" "I want to live the rest of my life with you" tears coming down your cheeks. I know I'm a emotional bitch right now. "Ija you'll be having a hard time moving on from your mom's death if you stay here, You can always visit us every now and then. Please don't argue with me on this one. This is a favor can you do it? For me?" She's right I'll be having a hard time moving on but living in Japan so it can be easier? "Lola..." "Your mom's last wish is for you to live with someone who loves you from the bottom of their hearts you know your mom wanted a grandchild. So you should find that special someone. Fulfill your mother's dying wish" I can't really argue when it comes to last wishes "Fine I'll go but I'll be visiting you guys often" Lola have a lot of energy. *Ringing* a certain phone rang.
"[Hey how are you]" Mikey's hoarse voice is all I heard "The funeral went well" I said while eyeing the guys who are filling the hole with dirt. "[I'm sorry I couldn't be there]" "I really want a hug right now" Miya smiled at the thought of hugging her brother right now. "[I want to hug you too]" as soon as he said that someone hugged me from behind. I look at who is it but to my surprise it's Rindou with a lot a cover, I mean mask, glasses, hat and a hoodie. Is this guy serious?! Philippines is so hot and he's covered top to toe.
Rindou grabbed my phone then ended my call with Mikey. "Are you okay?" He said while still hugging you "Your so warm" I needed that hug, I needed that comfort. "I'll stay with you" me and Rindou sat on the green grass that's all over the cemetery.
"You can be super nice if you wanted" I look at him with the purest smile that I can put up "Of course" his reply was short but it's meaningful thinking that he only glared at me the first time I met Bonten "I really want to taste your cooking again" He look back at me with a surprised look "What do you want me to cook this time?" Looking at his face in a closer look he's really handsome maybe more handsome than Raiden. "You look handsome" "Thank you" then he smirked. Wait did I say that he's handsome out loud?! This is seriously embarrassing. "No no!, Uhh I mean maybe you should try Filipino cuisine's next" as I tried changing the topic "Like Adobo and Sinigang?" Great! The topic changed! "Wait how do you even know them?" Sweats form in his forehead "I want to be a chef when I was little" he excused. "Whatever you say CHEF". You guys chatted the hours away. He successfully distracted you from my mother's loss. I could like him If he act this nicely more.

It's been three days since the funeral and today is the day where me and Bonten's top return to Japan.
"I'll call you guys at least once a week!" I said while hugging them one by one. "I'll visit every now and then!" "Be careful Ija don't try anything that will put your life in danger!" Lola... I'll miss all of you I wish to stay.
And as Miya Tanaka or should I say Sano. Wether she is the spoiled daughter or the forgotten Sano. An unknown father and a deceased mother. A surprise sibling. Japan's most danger gang. Supportive friends who always got her back. A dream that's been shattered. A kid that she may or may not have. Is it a happy and peaceful life that's been waiting for her or Thanatos the God of death. As we don't know what faith has in store for us we better expect good things right? NO. We should expect the worse to prepare ourselves to what is coming. Wether we stray out of the good path. Wether we choose a good future that's been waiting for us. Wether we choose to end our life journey. We should always, ALWAYS remember our 𝕆ℝ𝕀𝔾𝕀ℕ
