LAST KISS

You held me tightly and it felt like home,

You held me like there was no tomorrow,

Indeed , you knew there was no tomorrow.

For some time , you made me forget

You made me forget all my pain,

You made me forget all my misery

And sorrows caused by you.

You held me and kept me in your arms

And I listened to your heart beats

As if it was calling my name ,

Yet you knew it was saying goodbye.

It felt like fate wanted to keep together

Yet you knew destiny was against us,

And you let me fall alone.

You slowly moved your hand

Through my body

And it felt like you knew I liked it

Yet you left me asking for more.

You pulled me closer to your chest

And held my waist so tight

As if you were shielding me from the world,

Yet you knew you were holding me for the last time.

You kissed me so deep

That I forgot about the world,

I forgot about the people,

I forgot about my own pain

And felt the blood running through my veins.

You kissed my neck so soft

That I felt my heart beating faster,

I wished that moment wouldn't pass

Yet it couldn't last.

It was our last kiss to remember

Lost love and broken vows

You came into my life like a storm 

And you left  with the wind

And left me on my knees 

Begging you to keep loving me.

I love you

But I know it's too late for sure

So I'll hold on to the memories

We made together

Hoping that maybe someday

You'll be mine again.
