2 Days later, after another detention, Jack left the school and walked for 5 minutes to the bus stop he would take to his house. He needed the toilet but he could hold it in for another 15 minutes until he gets home.

He sat down at the bus stop and check the bus times app on his phone: Next bus in 37 minutes. He thought about going back to the school to use the toilet but remembered it would be about 10 minutes after detentions finish and there were no clubs on a Friday so the school would probably be closed. It would be quicker to walk home than take the bus so he did that.

Around 15 minutes later his bladder was full and he needed to go to the toilet. There was only houses nearby and no trees. With nowhere to go to the toilet he decided to start running to his house. It wasn't long before he felt warm pee trickling down his legs. Jack stopped running and looked down to see his trousers darken, a puddle form at his feet and a trail of pee behind him. Not wanting anyone to see him, he continued to run home.

When he got home, both his parents were home early. He tried to sneak upstairs but his mum had already come to the hallway and seen him in his wet clothes. "Go and have a shower then come downstairs because we need to talk" she said.

After his shower, Jack went downstairs and heard his parents talking. He entered the living room and sat down on the sofa, which his mum also did. "Jack you have been having really frequent accidents at school I think you should start wearing pull ups." she said. Jack was silent. "I know you don't want to but it's better than making your clothes wet and at least your friends won't see you've wet yourself. We'll only do it for a couple of weeks and if the accidents stop you don't have to wear them. How does that sound?". Jack didn't say anything and started crying - he knew his mum was right. Jack's mum hugged him and said "It's ok it won't be forever. Tomorrow we can to the cinema if you want, and I'll call the GP later and see if we can get an appointment next week." "ok" Jack sobbed.
