Jack lay in his bed, in a wet nappy. "did yesterday really happen or did I dream it" he thought to himself. He looked at his phone and saw it was 10am. He started panicking thinking he was late to school but then he remembered. It's inset day. Parents are at work and he has the whole day off. He quickly messaged Kieran and told him to come over. Then he went on instagram and saw a message from James.
James: Hey, do you want to go out like on saturday?
Jack: Like a date?
James: yh ig like a date
Jack: sure.
James: So where do you want to go?
Jack: idk you decide
James: ok let me think of something.
Jack then got up and had a shower then tidied his house and brought his PlayStation downstairs. Eventually he heard his door bell. He opened his door and Kieran walked in. "tell me everything" he said.
The boys sat down on the sofa and Jack loaded up FIFA 20. Jack said "So we were just chilling and playing FIFA and eating some food then he randomly kissed me out of nowhere and we started snogging". "Nah I still think you're capping" said Kieran. Jack showed Kieran James' messages from this morning asking him on a date and then Kieran believed him. "So what happened next?" he asked. "Then we watched a movie while cuddling and then we both fell asleep in each others arms" Jack told him. "aww that's cute" Kieran said to which Jack told him to shut up.
They spent the whole day playing FIFA. Jack thought about telling Kieran about having to wear pull ups to school but he never did. He was scared of how he would react. As Jack was in his own house and had easy access to a toilet, he got through the day with no problems.
At one point, Kieran had gone to the toilet and he was taking a long time. Jack went upstairs to investigate to fine Kieran in his bedroom. "What are you doing in here?" he asked. Kieran was staring at a pack of drynites on the floor. "What the fuck is this?" Kieran asked. Jack panicked but was also relieved he only found the drynites and not the proper tape up nappies he wore to bed. "I err.. I wet the bed sometimes so I wear them" Jack stuttered, partly telling the truth. "oh" Kieran said. "I'm sorry bro I didn't mean to nose around". They boys went downstairs and stayed awkwardly silent until they went back to playing video games and continued like nothing happened.
Later that day, after Kieran had gone home Jack got another message from James
James: Do you want to go to Nandos?
Jack: yh sounds good
James: ok meet me at Nandos on saturday at like 1pm
